VILLAS – The following are the arrests made by the Lower Township Police Department from Aug. 4-Aug. 10.
Aug. 4:
Gerald Shillingford, 47, North Cape May, NJ: Contempt by Violating Domestic Rights Act
Aug. 5:
Stephen DeSalis, 25, Court House, NJ: Contempt of Court
Aug. 7:
Casey Vangorden, 22, Villas, NJ: Simple Assault
Tyler Hopp, 24, Ambler, PA: Burglary, Theft
Jeffrey Thompson, 24, Horsham, PA: Burglary, Theft
Aug. 8:
Jason Brodbeck, 37, West Berlin, NJ: Aggravated Assault, Contempt of Court
Kerri Hayes, 24, Villas, NJ: Contempt of Court
Aug. 9:
Michael Shipley, 42, North Cape May, NJ: Aggravated Assault
Timothy Donnelly, 27, Villas, NJ: Violation of Parole
Timothy Robbins, 59, Villas, NJ: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Aug. 10:
Purnell Shaw, 55, Villas, NJ: Assault
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints or ordinance violations.
