April 13:
Beatriz Zacualpa-Morales (19), Cape May, NJ – Endangering an Injured Victim, Leaving the Scene of an Accident which Resulted in Serious Bodily Injury
Jamie L. Swindell (36), Villas, NJ – Simple Assault
April 14:
Donna A. Rambo (31), N. Cape May, NJ – Driving Suspended while Suspended for DWI
Mark R. Niederberger (56), Cape May Court House, NJ – Burglary, Theft
Christopher J. Nicholas (42), Marmora, NJ – Contempt of Court
April 19:
Andrew M. Hill (21), Villas NJ – Contempt of Court
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
