May 5:
Corey L. Pennebaker (27), Cold Spring – Harassment
May 6:
Justin M. Freeling (26), Villas – Possession of Stolen Property
May 8:
Tyron T. Sample (20), N. Cape May – Simple Assault
Malick M. Philippe (23), Jamaica, NY – Motor Vehicle Theft, Possession of (Schedule I-IV), Possession of 50g or less of Marijuana, Possession with Intent to Distribute CDS, Possession with Intent to Distribute Prescription Legend Drugs
May 10:
Robert A. Novak (38), Del Haven, NJ – Contempt of Court
It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty. This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints or ordinance violations.
