Report of disorderly conduct received at 2:42 a.m. in the area of Bayshore Road and Town Bank Road in North Cape May; upon officer’s arrival it was found to be a verbal argument between two subjects, they were sent on their way, no complaints at this time.
Report of criminal mischief received at 9:09 a.m. in the first block of West Miami Avenue in the Villas, the victim reports all four tires on his vehicle were punctured, the actor was located and the victim and actor will work out getting the tires fixed or replaced, no complaints were signed at this time.
Report of criminal mischief received at 9:11 a.m. in the 500 block of Lincoln Boulevard in North Cape May, the victim reports damage done to a mailbox, investigation continues.

Report of disorderly conduct received at 6:22 p.m. in the first block of Texas Avenue in the Villas; reporting party states unknown amount of juveniles were fighting in the street, upon police arrival it was found out to be an argument over personal property, the juveniles were sent on their way, no complaints at this time.
Report of a drunk driver received at 8 p.m. in the area of Bayshore Road and New Jersey Avenue in the Villas, during an investigation of a motor vehicle accident the driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated, he was processed and released to a family member with a court date.
May 12:
Report of a warrant arrest at 2:28 a.m. in the area of Route 47 and the George Redding Bridge in Shawcrest; Subject was placed under arrest for 2 warrants out of Wildwood City; subject was processed and taken to the Cape May County Correctional Center.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 9:07 a.m. in the 3800 block of Bayshore Road in North Cape May; upon officer’s arrival it was found to be a verbal argument between two subjects over finances, they worked out there differences, no complaints at this time.
Report of an assault received at 1:30 p.m. in the 200 block of East Florida Avenue, reporting party states a subject assaulted another subject at their residence, they were explained there options and do not wish to pursue this matter, no charges at this time.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 3:47 p.m. in the first block of East New York Avenue in the Villas; upon officer’s arrival it was found to be a verbal argument between two family members, they worked the problem out themselves, no complaints at this time.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 5:26 p.m. in the 500 block of Seashore Road in Erma; officer’s were advised there was a verbal argument between two family members, upon arrival there appeared to be no problem at this residence, no complaints at this time.
May 13:
Report of a drunk driver received at 2:35 a.m. in the area of Bayshore Road and Ferry Road in North Cape May, during a motor vehicle stop the driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated, the subject was also charged with possession of marijuana. The driver also had a warrant out for his arrest out of Bass River, he was processed and taken to the Cape May County Correctional Center on the warrant.
Report of a theft received at 11:10 a.m. in the 300 block of Linda Anne Avenue in North Cape May, reporting party states someone withdrew over $4,000.00 from their bank account, at this time it is unknown who done this, investigation continues.
Report of the County Search Plan activated at 11:16 a.m. out of Middle Township to be on a look out for a certain vehicle that was involved in a double stabbing, the vehicle was located and stopped in the City of Wildwood.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 6:52 p.m. in the 200 block of Arbor Road in the Villas; police was advised a subject was riding on a scooter and taking mail out of mailboxes, the subject was located and spoken to and the matter was handled and the mail put back, no complaints at this time.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 7:05 p.m. in the area of Tabernacle Road and Seashore Road in Erma; police were advised that two subjects in a maroon pick-up truck are fighting and appear to be intoxicated, subjects were gone on police arrival, no complaints at this time.
Report of theft received at 7:40 p.m. in the 100 block of West Tampa Avenue in the Villas, victim reports a Pennsylvania license plate was stolen off his vehicle some time between May 2005 and reporting time, investigation continues.
Report of a warrant arrest at 10:03 p.m. in the first block of Mowery Avenue in the Villas; Subject was placed under arrest for a warrant; subject was processed and taken to the Cape May County Correctional Center.
Report of harassment received at 10:23 p.m. in the first block of Oak Avenue in the Villas, the reporting party is being verbally harassed, victim signed special complaint for harassment, and subject was served the complaint with a court date.
Domestic violence complaint received at 11:13 p.m. in the 100 block of Texas Avenue in the Villas; victim states the actor will not stop calling her, Domestic Violence Act Rights were given, TRO was declined no complaints at this time.
May 14:
Report of a warrant arrest at 1 a.m. in the 1200 block of Bayshore Road in the Villas; Subject was placed under arrest for a warrant out of Cumberland County, he was also charged with drug paraphernalia and given a summons with a court date; subject was processed and taken to the Cape May County Correctional Center on the warrant.
Report of a Burglary received at 1:31 a.m. in the 9800 block of Pacific Avenue in Diamond Beach, police responded to a burglar alarm and found forced entry to a rear door, suspect was located and charged with burglary, the suspect was processed and released with a court date.
Domestic violence complaint received at 3:54 a.m. in the 100 block of Roslyn Avenue in North Cape May; reporting party states that his roommate is intoxicated and beating on his door, upon police arrival the actor had left the residence, Domestic Violence Act Rights were given, no complaints or a request for a TRO at this time.
Report of harassment received at 3:12 p.m. in the 100 block of Charles Street in North Cape May; upon officer’s arrival they were advised the reporting party is being harassed by telephone, the victim was advised of her options, no complaints at this time.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 3:55 p.m. in the 100 block of Iowa Avenue in the Villas; officers were advised that there was a dispute between two subjects, upon police arrival the one subject was found to have a warrant out for there arrest, the subject was arrested, processed and transported to the Cape May County Correctional Center.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 4:14 p.m. in the 600 block of Route 9 in Erma; officers were advised that there was a dispute with a employee, upon police arrival the victim was given there options, and the police stood by till the actor left the property, no complaints at this time.

Domestic violence complaint received at 5:49 p.m. in the first block of Kentucky Avenue in the Villas; reporting party is requesting a T.R.O. and showed signs of injury that the suspect caused, charges were filed for assault and the actor was arrested, served with a T.R.O., and processed for the assault charges then released on bail with a court date.

Report of harassment received at 10:48 a.m. in the first block of Fieldview Drive in North Cape May; upon officer’s arrival they were advised the reporting party’s daughter has a restraining order on her ex-boyfriend and he may be standing on the corner by their residence, police checked the area and did not find anyone standing around, no complaints at this time.
Report of a burglary received at 11:16 a.m. in the 1200 block of Bayshore Road in the Villas, upon police arrival the victim stated someone broke into his apartment and stole a large amount of cash, investigation continues.
Domestic violence complaint received at 5:43 p.m. in the 200 block of Caroline Avenue in the Villas; victim request to file a TRO against her boyfriend, TRO was granted and it was faxed to the local police department where the actor lives for service, no criminal complaints signed at this time.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 7:13 p.m. in the first block of Oakwood Avenue in the Villas; reporting party is having problems with there landlord, police explained there options to them and was referred to civil court for further assistance, no complaints at this time.

Report of a Narcotics arrest at 7:25 p.m. in the area of Route 109 Bridge, subsequent to a motor vehicle stop subject was charged with possession of heroin, cocaine, and marijuana, subject was processed and taken to the Cape May County Correctional Center.

May 16:
Domestic violence complaint received at 12:37 a.m. in the first block of Texas Avenue in the Villas; victim reports a violation of a Temporary Restraining Order, the actor continues to send the victim text messages, charges were filed and the actor was arrested, the actor was processed and released R.O.R. with a court date.
Report of a burglary received at 2:14 a.m. in the 200 block of Vermont Avenue in the Villas, police were advised that a white male subject with no shirt walked into their bedroom with a axe handle in his hand then left the residence after the victim told him to leave, after a search of the neighborhood the actor was located and charged with burglary, possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose, he was processed and taken to the Cape May County Correctional Center on $25,000.00 cash bail.
