Lower Township Police Investigating Burglary, Theft

VILLAS – The Lower Township Police Department is investigating a burglary and theft from a residence in the 400 block of Tarpon Road here.
The burglary occurred between 9 p.m. on Sat., July 10 and 3:30 a.m. Sun., July 11.
The homeowner reported forced entry to the residence with the theft of over $5,000 worth of jewelry and cash.
Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Lower Township Police Department’s Safe Neighborhood’s Tip Line at 886-1619, ext. 156 or Cape May County Crime Stoppers at 465-2800.
