Lower Township Police Handle 110 Calls Daily, Sept. 7-13

ERMA — During the week of Sept. 7-13, 2008, Lower Township Police responded to and/or initiated 771 calls for service averaging over 110 calls per day.
The following is a brief rundown of calls for service and reported incidents that police responded to during the week.
SEPTEMBER 07, 2008:
Disorderly Conduct: 12:51 am Village Rd., Villas, mother states son is out of control.
Fire Call: 4:55 am Ernest Winfield Dr., Erma, smoke alarm, Police & Erma Fire responded.
Rescue Call: 10:35 am Artic Ave., N.C.M., Police & Rescue responded for respiratory emergency.
Warrant Arrest: 1:44 pm Holmes Ave., N.C.M., subject released on bail with a court date.
Rescue Call: 2:06 pm Ocean Dr., Cold Spring, Police & Rescue responded for subject who passed out.
Rescue Call: 3:06 pm E. Greenwood Ave., Villas, Police & Rescue responded for chest pains.
Robbery: 3:24 pm Desoto Ave. Villas, victim was assaulted and held down, money stolen.
Criminal Mischief: 4:30 pm Shawmount Ave., Villas, damage done to building.
Warrant Arrest: 4:33 pm Breakwater Rd., Erma, subject taken to County Jail.
Rescue Call: 5:18 pm Schellengers Landing Rd., Cold Spring, Police & Rescue responded for subject who is having a seizure.
Burglary: 9:59 pm Thistle La., N.C.M., residence entered, items stolen, and charges filed.
SEPTEMBER 08, 2008:
Warrant Arrest: 12:12 am E. Hudson Ave., Villas, subject taken to County Jail.
Fire Call: 7:09 am Town Bank Road, N.C.M., fire alarm, Police & Town Bank Fire responded.
Rescue Call: 7:58 am Route 9, Erma, Police & Rescue responded for a laceration.
Domestic Violence: 1:28 pm Route 9, Erma, heated dispute between two subjects.
Trespassing: 4:03 pm Bayshore Rd., Villas, subject on private property.
Theft: 5:05 pm Bayshore Rd., N.C.M., money stolen out of a purse while out eating.
Rescue Call: 6:37 pm Ridgewood Ave., Villas, Police & Rescue responded for a subject that accidentally took her dogs medication.
Warrant Arrest: 6:23 pm Breakwater Rd., Erma, subject released on bail with a court date.
Warrant Arrest: 8:12 pm Breakwater Rd., Erma, subject released on bail with a court date.
Domestic Violence: 9:51 pm Poplarwood Ave., Villas, verbal dispute between two subjects.
Trespassing: 11:05 pm Charles St., Fishing Creek, subject on private property.
SEPTEMBER 09, 2008:
Rescue Call: 7:59 am Idaho Ave., Villas, Police & Rescue responded for shortness of breath.
Disorderly Conduct: 12:15 pm Beechwood Ave., Villas, report of two subjects arguing.
Harassment: 1:07 pm Vermont Ave., Villas, being harassed by voice messages.
Fire Call: 2:05 pm Bayshore Rd., N.C.M., smoke coming from the roof, Police & all three local fire departments responded.
Disorderly Conduct: 3:20 pm E. New York Ave.,Villas, two subjects having a verbal argument.
Attempted suicide: Beachhead Dr., N.C.M., subject threatened to kill himself.
Disorderly Conduct: 5:54 pm Route 109, Cape May, female states she was assaulted.
Fire Call: 6:03 pm Saratoga Rd., Erma, fire alarm, Police & Erma Fire responded.
Warrant Arrest: 6:09 pm E. Tampa Ave., Villas, subject taken to County Jail.
Fire Call: 6:49 pm Saratoga Rd., Erma, fire alarm, Police & Erma Fire responded.
Trespassing: 7:23 pm Seashore Rd., Erma, motor vehicle on private property.
Assault: 7:51 pm Bayshore Rd., N.C.M., three females assaulted another female.
Fire Call: 8:08 pm Town Bank Road, N.C.M., fire alarm, Police & Town Bank Fire responded.
Warrant Arrest: 8:38 pm Indian Ave., N.C.M., subject released on bail with a court date.
SEPTEMBER 10, 2008:
Narcotics Arrest: 12:38 am Ridgewood Ave., Villas, possession of CDS, charges filed.
Weapons Arrest: 12:38 am Ridgewood Ave., Villas, possession of a stun gun, charges filed. Drunk Driver Arrested: 1:05 am E. Florida Ave., Villas, released with court date.
Narcotics Arrest: 1:55 am Ridgewood Ave., Villas, possession of CDS, charges filed.

Domestic Violence: 8:26 am Edna Ave., Villas, verbal dispute between mother & son.

Fraud: 3:22 pm Bayshore Rd., Villas, bad check issued to the store.
Rescue Call: 4:11 pm E. St Johns Ave., Villas, Police & Rescue responded for a reaction to new medication.
Domestic Violence: 5:39 pm Route 109, Cold Springs, victim being harassed.
Harassment: 5:44 pm Route 109, Cold Springs, victim being verbally harassed.
Domestic Violence: 6:04 pm E. Jacksonville Ave., Villas, victim being harassed.
Disorderly Conduct: 8:27 pm Ocean Dr., Cold Springs, two customers causing a problem.

Criminal Mischief: 7:36 am Fishing Creek Rd., Fishing Creek, damage done to mailbox.

Criminal Mischief: 11:27 am Bayshore Rd., Villas, victim’s residence was shot with paintballs.
Fraud: 12:42 pm Vacation Rd., Villas, subject opened an account in their name.
Warrant Arrest: 12:49 pm E. Tampa Ave., Villas, subject taken to County Jail.
Rescue Call: 12:56 pm Town Bank Rd., N.C.M., Police & Rescue responded for an asthma attack.
Harassment: 3:28 pm Bayshore Rd., Villas, victim received a threatening phone call.
Fire Call: 4:24 pm Pontaxit Ave, N.C.M., smoke in the area, Police & Town Bank Fire responded.
Narcotics Arrest: 4:35 pm Schellengers Landing Rd., Cold Spring, possession of CDS, charges filed.
Theft: 5:11 pm Bayshore Rd., Villas, theft of a camera.
Obstruction Arrest: 5:08 pm Schellengers Landing Rd., Cold Spring, subject refused to stop, charges filed.
Disorderly Conduct: 5:20 pm Bayshore Rd., N.C.M., customers causing a problem.

Fire Call: 1:06 am Atlantic Ave., Diamond Beach, fire alarm, Police & Erma Fire responded.
Disorderly Conduct: 4:46 am Matthews Ave., Villas, loud party and several subjects getting sick in the street.
Obstruction Arrest: 12:31 pm Spruce Ave., Villas, subject hindering apprehension, charges filed.
Fire Call: 1:53 pm Raleigh Ave., Diamond Beach, fire alarm, Police & Erma Fire responded.
Rescue Call: 6:07 pm Schellengers Landing Rd., Cold Spring, Police & Rescue responded for a subject who feel and is bleeding.
Criminal Mischief: 8:33 pm Broadway Ave., Villas, victim’s fence was damaged.
Disorderly Conduct: 6:31 pm Vermont Ave., Villas, male and female arguing.
Harassment: 7:40 pm Bayshore Rd., N.C.M., victim being verbally harassed.
Domestic Violence: 7:58 pm Hollywood Ave., Villas, verbal argument between male and female.
Theft: 8:21 pm Lincoln Blvd., N.C.M., theft of two bicycles.
