ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Margaret Egan, 43, Villas, driving while intoxicated, $614 fine and costs; three months drivers license revocation.
Karl Klug 54, Villas, driving while intoxicated. $1,364 fine and costs; 180 days jail, 10 years drivers license revocation.
Robert Mathis Jr., 28, Pemberton, fail to submit to Breathalyzer test, $639 fine and costs; two ears drivers license revocation.
Jerry Hill, 19, Villas, maintaining a nuisance/disorderly household. $366 fine and costs.
Daniel Hodgins, 22, North Cape May, driving while suspended. $1,039 fine and costs, 30 days drivers license revocation.
Kolette Keenan, Villas, 29, Villas, driving while intoxicated. $864 fine and costs; two years drivers license suspension; 30 days community service.
Joseph Bush, 53, Cape May, unregistered vehicle; fail to exhibit insurance card. $278 fine and costs.
Joan Conner, 66, Salem, careless driving. $89 fine and costs.
Amber Piccioni, 21, North Cape May, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
