ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Cheryl Boyd-Thomas, Villas, careless driving, $89 fine and costs.
Monica Bukowski, 29, Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license, $189 fine and costs.
John Copson, 34, North Cape May, driving while suspended. $789 fine and costs; one day jail.
Gordon Docherty, 21, North Cape May, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Caitlin Mulligan, 25, Villas, fail to exhibit insurance card. $189 fine and costs.
Sean Porter, 18, Villas, failure to exhibit documents. $189 fine and costs.
Nicole Fasulo, 37, Villas, failure to report an accident. $539 fine and costs.
Robert Forbes, 32, failure to report an accident. $539 fine and costs.
Patrick Ford, 37, Villas, driving while intoxicated. $614 fine and costs; three months drivers license.
Denise Tomassian, 45, Villas, falsifying a police report, allowing unlicensed driver to operate a motor vehicle. $647 fine and costs.
Robert Tomassian, 30, Villas, leaving the scene of an accident; driving while suspended. $1,278 fine and costs; six months drivers license revocation, 10 days jail.
