ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Regina Demalarez, 22, Jacksonville, Fla., unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Jacquelyn Dunbar, 20, North Cape May, unsafe diving. $ 339 fine and costs.
Carol Faison, 48, Cape May, fail to exhibit drivers license. $214 fine and costs.
Brian Gallagher, 32, Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Anita James, 44, North Cape May, unsafe driving. $339 fine and costs.
Richard McCann, 53, Cape May, obstructing-interfering w/passage of other vehicles.
$89 fine and costs.
Maria Nieves, 38, Villas, noise disturbance, $133 fine and costs.
Molly Palmer, 18, Elliottsburg, Pa., unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Justin Pera, 25, Rio Grande, careless driving. $139 fine and costs.
Ernestina Perez-Alvarez, 22, Villas, unlicensed driver. $229 fine and costs.
Connie Rinier, 51, Del Haven, unlicensed driver. $139 fine and costs.
Carlos Robles, 23, New York, N. Y. failure to report an accident. $139 fine and costs.
Glenn Senec, 20, Court House, speeding. $ 209 fine and costs.
James Troiano, Cape May, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Juan Carlos Romero Alonso, 29, Hyattsville, Md. driving while intoxicated. $864 fine and costs; two years drives license revocation; 30 days community service.
David Jefferson, 34, Wildwood Crest, noise disturbance. $289 fine and costs.
Frank Land, 27, North Cape May, driving while intoxicated, fail to maintain a lane. $803 fine and costs; seven months drivers license revocation.
David Connors, 31, Cape May, driving while suspended; laving scene of accident.
$1,028 fine and costs; six months, 60 days drivers license revocation, one day jail.
Daniel Kisielewski, 18, Villas, simple assault. $258 fine and costs; 30 days jail (Bal. 20 days convert to mental health program.)
Harley Pierce, 25, Paulsboro, noise disturb-ance. $308 fine and costs.

Ernest McCarraher, 30, Del Haven, driving while suspended. $1,539 fine and costs; two years, six months drivers license revocation; 90 days jail.
Michael Safford, 48, driving while intoxicated. $1.114 fine and costs; two years drivers license revocation.
