ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Michael Brooks, 28, North Cape May, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
James Buckmuse, 38, North Cape May, harassment. $258 fine and costs; 10 days jail, suspended; domestic violence program, no further violations.
Leslie Headley III, 43, Villas, using private property to avoid traffic signal. $114 fine and costs.
Colleen Jorgenson, 35, North Cape May, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Brian Johnson, 36, North Wildwood, unlicensed driver; speeding. $328 fine and costs.
Joseph Mader, 61, North Cape May, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Bryan Powers, 66, Avalon, unsafe driving. $339 fine and costs.
Paul Schrader, 27, Villas, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Brenda Tozer 42, Cape May, parking/storing of detachable trailer prohibited. $89 fine and costs.
Benjamin Vandorn, 20, Court House, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Joshua Coleman, 23, Court House, careless driving. $139 fine and costs.
Donald Roth Jr., 33, Cape May, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
James Tillotson, 49, Court House, driving while suspended. $1,039 fine and costs’ six months drivers license suspension; 10 days county jail.
Lawrence Hemsley, 58, Hamburg, Pa., driving while intoxicated; touring privileges of non-residents. $1,053 fine and costs; two years drivers license and two years registration revocation; 30 days community service.
Jennifer Kirchoff, 28, Jupiter, Fla., failure to report accident; unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Eric Matthews, 36, North Cape May, fail to exhibit registration; fail to exhibit drivers license. $398 fine and costs.
Elyce Otto, 18, Glassboro, driving while intoxicated. $664 fine and costs; seven months drivers license revocation.
