Lower Township Municipal Court Results

ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
William Rambo, 20, North Cape May, $417 fine and costs.
Alex Scarpitti, 20, improper passing on right or off roadway. $139 fine and costs.
Robert Doughten, 68, Cape May, failure to report accident. $139 fine and costs.
Jeffrey Foster, 42, Villas, driving while suspended. $1,064 fine and costs; 30 days drivers license revocation; 10 days county jail.
Lisa Hand, 49, Villas, driving while intoxicated; conditional-restrictive license violations. $753 fine and costs; three months drivers license revocation.
Judith Lund, 36, Erma, noise disturbance. $183 fine and costs.
Pamela Vanderwende, 19, Court House, driving while intoxicated. $664 fine and costs; seven months drivers license revocation.
Joanna Clark, 66, Del Haven, fail to exhibit insurance card. $189 fine and costs.
Andrew Deabenderfer, 19, North Cape May, refusal to submit to breath test. $439 fine and costs; seven months drivers license revocation.
Joanne Gorman, 27, Villas, driving while suspended, $1039 fine and costs; six months drivers license revocation.
William Hartley, 28, Villas, driving while intoxicated. $864 fine and costs; two years drivers license revocation; 30 days community service.
Richard Quinones, 25, unregistered vehicle; fail to exhibit drivers license. $468 fine and costs.
John Soda, 47, North Cape May, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Trinity Workman, North Cape May, unlawfully loaning motor vehicle/allowing unlicensed driver to operate, $239 fine and costs.
Kathleen Wood, 44, North Cape May, driving while intoxicated. $614 fine and costs; three months drivers license revocation.
Michael Clark, 41, Cape May, unsafe driving. $339 fine and costs.
Herman Day Jr., 59, North Cape May, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Patrick Matthews, 53, Green Creek, unsafe driving, $339 fine and costs.
Cathryne Mason, 27, Villas, driving while suspended uninsured vehicle. $1,378 fine and costs; one year, six months driver’s license revocation, one day community service.
Steven Miller, 40, Villas, uninsured vehicle. $339 fine and costs; one year drivers license revocation; one day community service.
Shawn Morris, 28, Villas, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Michael Noble Jr. 24, North Cape May, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
James O’Neill, 19, Philadelphia, obstructing-interfering with passage of other vehicles. $89 fine and costs.
Ronald Cannatella, 25, Glendora, driving while intoxicated. $614 fine and costs; three months drivers license revocation.
