ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
John Mitchell Jr., 34, North Cape May, fail to exhibit drivers license; vehicle loaded so as to spill/uncovered load. $278 fine and costs.
Michelle Rendon, 27, Mays Landing, obstructing/interfering with passage of other vehicles.
Nicholas Thompson, 18, Villas, unsafe driving. $189 fine and costs.
Daniel Jacoby, 19, Cape May, unsafe driving, failure to report accident. $328 fine and costs.
Jerry Jorgenson, 33, North Cape May, driving while suspended; fail to exhibit drivers license. $1,278 fine and costs; six months drivers license, 10 days county jail.
Elizabeth Raday, 70, North Cape May, obstructing/interfering with passage of other vehicles. $89 fine and costs w/civil reservation.
Cape May – Governor Murphy says he doesn't know anything about the drones and doesn't know what they are doing but he does know that they are not dangerous. Does anyone feel better now?
