Lower Township Municipal Court Results

ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Angel Clark, 23, Ocean City, hindering apprehension, $283 fine and costs.
Jennifer Clark, 23, Millville, fail to exhibit insurance card. $189 fine and costs.
Darren Deckert, 22, Villas, careless driving. $64 fine and costs.
Matthew Fix, 22, Erma, careless driving, $139 fine and costs.
Aaron Greenberg, 33, Avalon, speeding. $129 fine and costs.
Carol McCullough, 65, Villas, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Andrea Siner, Rio Grande, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Ernest Sutton, 23, Wildwood Crest, obstructing/interfering with passage of other vehicles. $89 fine and costs.
Mary Verycken, 41, Cape May, unsafe driving. $ 389 fine and costs.
Brian Hunt, 18, North Cape May, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Madonna Herman, 44, North Cape May, driving while intoxicated. $614 fine and costs; three months drivers license revocation.
Ernest Irons, 28, Villas, fail to wear seat belt. $89 fine and costs.
Alexander McCollum, (unknown) fail to exhibit drivers license two counts; unsafe driving, fail to exhibit documents (two counts). $1,020 fine and costs.
Jerry Handlovsky, 45, Villas, driving while intoxicated. $1,364 fine and costs 10 years driver’s license and 10 years registration revocation; 180 days drivers license revocation.
