Lower Township Municipal Court Report

ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Elizbieta Brzozowski, 45, Villas, theft by failure to make required disposition, $208 fine and costs; $136.89 restitution.
Kimberly Cantz, 32, North Cape May, fail to exhibit insurance card, $189 fine and costs.
William Franklin, 20, Court House, obstructing-interfering w/passage of other vehicles. $114 fine and costs.
Alycia Shillingford, Cape May, fail to exhibit insurance card. $189 fine and costs.
William Addesso, 48, North Cape May, unsafe driving. $339 fine and costs.
Joseph Barrett. 33. Wildwood, unsafe driving; disorderly conduct. $922 fine and costs.
Kathleen Brooks, 32, North Cape May, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Scott Cooley Jr., 18, North Wildwood, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Mark Koehler, 18, Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license, $189 fine and costs.
Amber Piccioni, 18, North Cape May, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Fred Schartner III, 39, Lester, Pa., driving while suspended; unsafe driving. $928 fine and costs; 30 days drivers license revocation.
Corey Smith, 40, Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license, unsafe driving. $303 fine and costs.
Karen Fennimor, 45, North Cape May, Fail to exhibit drivers license (two counts); fail to exhibit documents. $567 fine and costs.
