ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Mark Rinkus, 48, Court House, unsafe driving, fail to report an accident. $528 fine and costs.
Andrew Williamson, 20, Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license. $199 fine and costs.
Lisa Delvecchio, 25, Cape May, fail to exhibit insurance cad. $189 fine and costs.
Stella Hickman, 53, Villas, unsafe driving. $414 fine and costs.
Danielle Morse, 23, Cape May, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Francis Mulholland, 40, Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
David Williams, 18, Villas, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Steven Jones, 27, Rio Grande, fail to exhibit drivers license; fail to exhibit insurance card, and noise disturbance. $711 fine and costs.
Kathleen Alexander, 32, Erma, driving while suspended. $1,039 fine and costs; six months drivers license suspension, 10 days county jail.
Shannon Breuninger, driving while suspended; fail to exhibit insurance card. $728 fine and costs; 60 days drivers license suspension.
Stacy Fecynec, 37, Erma, resisting arrest. $128 fine and costs; 10 days county jail — suspended.
