ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Sean Colameco, 18, West Cape May, DWI. $664 fine and costs; 112 days IDRC, seven months driver’s license suspension.
Stephen Alexander, Erma, careless driving. $164 fine and costs.
Dorothy Szypula, 46, of Court House, DWI. $1,364 fine and costs; 180 days county jail (credit 54 days), 10 years driver’s license and registration suspension.
Tammy Awad, Villas, failure to exhibit documents. $189 fine and costs.
Jan Michel Erdman, 19, Villas, careless driving; failure to report accident. $278 fine and costs.
Eugene Jones, 22, Court House, DWI, $664 fine and costs; 12 days IDRC, seven months driver’s license suspension.
Kyle Grimes, 25, Wildwood Crest, DWI, $664 fine and costs; 12 days IDRC, seven months driver’s license suspension.
Hugh Hayden, 55, Erma, DWI, $714 fine and costs; 12 days IDRC, seven months driver’s license suspension.
