Robert Hopkins, 39, Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
James Luongo III, 38, Del Haven, unlicensed driver, $264 fine and costs; 180 days drivers’ license revocation.
Andrew Olexa, 19, Villas, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Michael Riley, 19, Chaumont, Del., careless driving. $139 fine and costs.
