Lower Township Municipal Court Report

ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Dawn Bloom, 42, Waterford Weeks, unsafe driving. $439 fine and costs.
Mary Daisey, 37, North Wildwood, failure to exhibit documents. $189 fine and costs.
Douglas Callahan, 26, Erma, failure to exhibit documents, uninsured driver, $479 fine and costs.
Vincent DiFilippo, villas, obstructing, interfering with other vehicles, $89 fine and costs.
Robert Faircloth, 33, Villas, failure to wear seat belt; allowing unlicensed person to drive. $298 fine and costs.
Jonathan Schanz, 24, Court House, failure to exhibit documents; open alcoholic container in moor vehicle. $428 fine and costs.
Mark Koehler, 18, Villas, obstructing-interfering with passage of other vehicles. $89 fine and costs.
Duane Mathis, 45, Rio Grande, failure to exhibit documents. $189 fine and costs.
Jorge Sierra, 32, North Cape May, $189 fine and costs.
Tanya Todorova, 41, Villas, failure to report accident. $139 fine and costs.
Shawn Shuman, 37, Villas, failure to report accident. $189 fine and costs.
