Lower Township Municipal Court Report

ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Harry Moran, 25, Villas, uninsured vehicle. $339 fine and costs; one year driver’s license revocation and one day community service.
Robert Reitz, 20, North Cape May, fail to exhibit driver’s license. $189 fine and costs.
Christoph Spellman, 20, West Cape May, fail to exhibit driver’s license. $189 fine and costs.
Kerry Hazel, 35, Millville, unsafe driving. $339 fine and costs.
Thomas Brannigan, 59, West Cape May, fail to exhibit driver’s license. $189 fine and costs.
Justin Smith, 31, North Cape May, fail to exhibit driver’s license. $189 fine and costs.
Henry Vernaza, 24, Villas, unlicensed driver. $139 fine and costs.
Andrew Walker, 21, Cape May, careless driving. $139 fine and costs.
Andrea Clark, 23, Ocean City, simple assault. $608 fine and costs.
Richard Davis, 46, Villas, disorderly conduct. $408 fine and costs.
Domenico James Jr., 21, Villas, fail to exhibit driver’s license. $189 fine and costs.
Steven McCullen, 19, Cape May. Fail to exhibit documents $189 fine and costs.
