ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Stephen Bertino, 39, Villas, improper backing into street. $119 fine and costs.
Miguel Fenochio, 33, Villas, unlicensed driver. $189 fine and costs.
Robert Gleeson, 18, Villas, unsafe driving. $339 fine and costs.
Robert Hopkins, 39, Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
James Luongo III, 38, Del Haven, unlicensed driver, $264 fine and costs; 180 days drivers’ license revocation.
Andrew Olexa, 19, Villas, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Michael Riley, 19, Chaumont, Del., careless driving. $139 fine and costs.
Robert Scott, 67, North Cape May, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Wayne Spaulding, 44, Whitesboro, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Elizabeth Spyropoulos, 38, North Cape May, careless driving. $89 fine and costs.
Jessica Walsh, 18, North Cape May, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Dawn Weiss, 39, unlawfully loaning vehicle/allowing unlicensed driver to operate. $239 fine and costs.
Robert Curnell, 35, Villas, driving while intoxicated. $1,364 fine and costs.
Dennis Yearicks Sr., 49, Court House, driving while intoxicated. $664 fine and costs; seven months drivers license revocation.
Joseph Marino, 59, Blackwood, fail to exhibit drivers license; fail to report an accident. $298 fine and costs.
Charles Barlow Sr., 34, Villas, shoplifting. $155 fine and costs; 30 days county jail, restitution $6, no contact.
Christopher Lawson, 20, Court House, driving while intoxicated. $664 fine and costs; seven months drivers license revocation.
Janmichel Erdman, 19, Villas, fail to report accident, unsafe driving. $528 fine and costs.
Margaret Perry, 20, North Cape May, shoplifting. $408 fine and cots.
Brian J. Smith, 20, North Cape May, shoplifting, $408 fine and costs.
