Lower Township Municipal Court Report

ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Jill Moran, 24, of Wildwood, fail to exhibit drivers license (two counts), unregistered vehicle. $517 fine and costs.
Michael Mattera Jr., 25, of Wildwood, failure to inspect. $139 fine and costs.
Justin Dunbar, 25, of Philadelphia, criminal mischief. $ 283 fine and costs; $1,000 restitution.
Kaitlyn Hansen, 20, Villas, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Jennifer Jeavons, 39, North Wildwood, speeding; fail to exhibit drives license. $328 fine and costs.
Ismael Lopez, 25, of Court House, driving while suspended; unsafe window glazing.
$928 fine and costs; 180 days drivers license suspension; one day jail.
Brian Matthews, 30, Cape May, fail to keep right. $139 fine and costs.
Robert Reitz, 20, North Cape May, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Christian Santiago, 20, Court House, fail to inspect, unsafe driving. $528 fine and costs.
Kurt Seer, 47, Erma, fail to exhibit documents, $189 fine and costs.
Mary Nogueira, 80, obstruction/interfering w/passage of other vehicles. $89 w/civil reservation.
Amanda Hall, 21, Erma, fail to report accident, unsafe driving. $528 fine and costs.
George Munn, North Cape May, fail to exhibit drivers license; fail to exhibit insurance card. $403 fine and costs.
