ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Philip Cimini, 28, Villas, fail to exhibit drives license. $189 fine and costs.
William Fennimore, 19, North Cape May, $389 fine and costs.
Peter DalSanto, 18, Del Haven, unsafe driving. $339 fine and costs.
Fausto Cruz, 33, Wildwood, unlicensed driver. $229 fine and costs.
Tina Iames, 37, Erma, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Steven Nagle, 24, Cape May, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Eric Danze, 18, North Cape May, fail to report accident; careless driving. $278 fine and costs.
Frank Eckel, 20, Villas, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Stephanie Hannum, 19, Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Ryan Toler, 21, of Rio Grande, failure to inspect. $214 fine and costs.
Larry Wakefield, 30, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Trevor Seer, 21, Erma, simple assault. $658 fine and costs; 10 days county jail.
John Weiss, 76, Villas, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Andrey Yakushev, 29, Cape May, unlicensed driver. $139 fine and costs.
Daniel Godwin, 19, Burleigh, driving while intoxicated. $614 fine and costs; three months drivers license revocation.
Lauren Campbell 21, North Cape May, failure to report accident; driving while suspended. $678 fine and costs; 30 days drivers license suspension.
Richard Hawthorne Jr., 20, North Cape May, underage DWI, refusal to submit to breath test. $487 fine and costs; 15 days, seven months drivers license suspension, concurrent.
Jason Nesbitt, 22, Dennisville, fail to exhibit drivers license; fail to exhibit insurance card. $378 fine and costs.
Ryan Tomes, Villas, driving while suspended. $1,064 fine and costs; six months drivers license revocation; 10 days county jail; credit for one day served.
Steven Bolton, 38, North Cape May, fail to exhibit insurance card. $189 fine and costs.
Sheryl Angelucci, 49, Rio Grande, driving while suspended. $1,064 fine and costs, 10 days jail.
Carlos Ayala, 27, Woodbine, driving while suspended. $789 fine and costs; 30 days drives license revocation; one day jail.
Melissa Castner, 28, North Cape May, fail to exhibit insurance card. $189 fine and costs.
George Flanagan, 26, North Cape May, driving while intoxicated. $864 fine and costs; two years drivers license suspension; 30 days community service; 48 hours county jail, credit for time served.
Jason Mansfield, 29,Villas, driving while intoxicated. $764 fine and costs; nine months drivers license revocation.
William Redrow, 48, Wildwood Crest, driving while suspended. $1,039 fine and costs; 10 days jail/SLAP, six months drivers license revocation.
Jillian Lyons, 26, Villas, driving while intoxicated; leaving scene of accident with injuries. $853 fine and costs; three months, six months drivers license suspension, concurrent.
Michelle Bennett, 43, Villas, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Kristine Fusco, 22, West Wildwood, speeding. $139 fine and costs.
Carla Hildebrand, 51, Villas, unregistered vehicle; fail to exhibit drivers license. $278 fine and costs.
Matthew Moore, 23, North Cape May, careless driving. $139 fine and costs.
Jennifer Scott, 30, Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Anthony Mosher, 23, Villas, failure to exhibit drives license; failure to exhibit registration. $378 fine and costs.
Brian Wunder, 21, Smyrna, Tenn. Noise disturbance. $533 fine and costs.
