ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
James Fiocca, 44, of Philadelphia, unlicensed driver. $239 fine and costs.
Eric Freeling, of Villas, leaving scene f accident; fail to report accident, careless driving. $592 fine and costs; six months drivers license revocation.
Laurie Tester, 36, of North Cape May, throwing debris from vehicle; open alcoholic beverage container in vehicle. $428 fine and costs.
Kathleen Brooks, 32, of North Cape May, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Michael Calfin, 45, Thorofare, careless driving. $89 fine and costs.
Joseph Ferraro, 49, Secane, Pa., fail to stop or yield. $139 fine and costs.
William Ford, 70, Cape May, fail to observe signal. $139 fine and costs.
Samantha Hamilton, 22, of Villas, loud noise from person/business prohibited. $200 fine and costs.
Ignacio Herrera Juarez, 29, Wildwood, unlicensed driver. $239 fine and costs.
Brian Hrubos, 19, North Cape May, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Miguel Jose, 36, of Wildwood Crest, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Jeffrey Juretus, Bethlehem, Pa. Unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Nadiah Magnus, 21, Villas, unsafe driving. $164 fine and costs.
Kathy Santorsola, 41, of Villas, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Lisa Brennan, 20, Wildwood, theft. $1,033 fine and costs.
Jonathan Pike, 19, of North Wildwood, theft. $1,000 fine ($750 suspended).
Joseph Chelhowski, 61, North Wildwood, noise disturbance. $1,000 fine ($700 suspended.)
Nicholus Bersito, 28, Villas, shoplifting. $358 fine and costs; no contact with Wawa Food Market.
Shanna Edmondson, 30, Villas, shoplifting. $408 fine and costs; 30 days jail (suspended with no future complaint.)
Michael Hubert, 42, North Cape May, driving while suspended. $1039 fine and costs; 10 days county jail.
Felicia Lund, 21, North Cape May, driving while suspended. $%33 fine and costs; 60 days drivers license suspension.
Kenneth McConville Jr., 18, North Cape May, careless driving; open container of alcohol in motor vehicle. $378 fine and costs.
Todd Shuhart, 23, Atco, driving while intoxicated. $564 fine and costs; three months drivers license suspension.
