Lower Township Municipal Court – 4-28-10

ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Beth Laputka, 27, Berlin, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Eileen Little, 50, North Cape May, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Ashley Mack, 19, Villas, condition of provisional license. $139 fine and costs.
Anthony Pentlicki, 19, Villas, unlicensed driver. $239 fine and costs; no drivers license for six months.
Geoffrey Magaziner, 22, Wildwood Crest, speeding. $89 fine and costs.
Robert VanLien, Erma, noise disturbance. $33 fine and costs.
Christopher Rose, North Cape May, fail to report an accident, careless driving. $ 328 fine and costs.
