Lower Township Muncipal Court Report

ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Regina Gau, 60, unsafe driving. $119 fine and costs.
Harry Hoover, 24, driving while suspended. $789 fine and costs; six months drivers license revocation; one day county jail.
Alexsea Kayiales, 20, of Marmora, uninsured vehicle; failure to inspect. $478 fine and costs; one year drivers license evocation; one day community service.
Benjamin Schaffer, 25, of Court House, simple assault. $158 fine and costs; 10 days county jail – suspended with no future violations.
Christina Smyth, 32, of Court House, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Kevin Hogan, of Erma, careless driving. $139 fine and costs.
Kathleen Storz, 38, of Villas, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Ashley Brownstein, 23, of Cape May, failure to report accident; driving while suspended. $928 fine and costs; six months drivers license revocation; one day county jail.
Sean McCann, 28, of Del Haven, driving while suspended. $664 fine and costs; seven months drivers license revocation.
