Lower Township Muncipal Court Report

ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Francis Casper, 42, of Villas, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Tony Gary, 34, of Cape May, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Sally Getsinger, Mavae De Grace, Md., unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Heather Grey, 28, North Cape May, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Ashley Haecker, 25, Villas, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Erin Purvis, 29, Villas, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Nichole Quinn, 29, Villas, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Vasilios Zogas, 53, Wildwood, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Harry Arias, 33, Millville, possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana. $283 fine and costs.
Ashley Doenlen, 22, North Cape May, driving while intoxicated. $464 fine and costs.
(ED. NOTE: An earlier posting included Marlene Deutsch of Villas. According to Lower Township Police Department, that charge was inadvertently put on the court list by mistake, She has not gone to court for that matter.)
