Lower Township Muncipal Court Report

ERMA — The Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Ryan Madonna, 21, of Villas, fail to stop or yield. $119 fine and costs.
Tony Magnusson, 50, of Cape May, unsafe driving. $339 fine and costs.
Shawn Miller, 30, of Villas, unlicensed driver. $533 fine and costs; six months drivers license revocation.
Ronald Olsen, 54, of Villas, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Jesse Qualli, 21, of North Cape May, fail to exhibit drivers license. $189 fine and costs.
Thomas Amenhauser Jr., 38, of Villas, driving while intoxicated. $664 fine and costs; seven months drivers’ license revocation.
Sean Berry, 23, of Villas, driving while intoxicated. $664 fine and costs; seven months drivers license revocation.
Richard Irons, 25, of Erma, driving while suspended. $969 fine and costs; one day jail (credit for time served.)
Shannon Remy, 20, of Villas, possession of drug paraphernalia. $1,033 fine and costs; six months drivers license revocation.
