ERMA — Lower Township Police Department reports that the following defendants had their cases heard in court or paid fines prior to a hearing. Municipal Court Judge David DeWeese sentenced:
Jesus Candelaria, 33, of Villas, unsafe driving. $389 fine and costs.
Cassandra Denham, 20, of Erma, unsafe driving, $339 fine and costs.
James Dilks, 25, of Villas, failure to exhibit insurance card, $189 fine and costs.
Jennifer Easley, 35, of North Cape May, unsafe driving, $389 fine and costs.
Ernest Isgro, 57, of Absecon, unsafe driving, $389 fine and costs.
Richard Plummer, 29, of North Cape May, noise violation, $233 fine and costs.
Joseph Rivera, 18, of North Cape May, failure to exhibit insurance card, $189 fine and costs.
Bobby Williams, 26, of Erma, failure to exhibit driver’s license, $189 fine and costs.
Ronald Jeminey, 54, of North Wildwood, harassment. $508 fine and costs, enroll in domestic violence program.
Robert Chester, 27, of Villas, driving while intoxicated, $864 fine and costs, two years driver’s license revocation, 30 days community service, two years interlock.
Kirsten Barco, 23, of Villas, failure to report and accident, $139 fine and costs. Unsafe driving, $339 fine and costs.
Michael Hubert, 44, of North Cape May, driving while intoxicated, $614 fine and costs, three months driver’s license revocation concurrent. Refused to submit to breath test, $439 fine and costs, seven months driver’s license revocation.
Shawn Miller, 32, of Villas, driving while suspended, $1,039 fine and costs, 10 days jail/SLAP.
Nathan Tedesco, 21, of Villas, theft, $358 fine and costs.
Paul Keschiinger, 28, of Wildwood, unsafe driving, $389 fine and costs.
Thomas Riddle, 63, of North Cape May, failure to notify of change of address, $89 fine and costs.
Amanda Elliott, 33, of Court House, driving while intoxicated, $664 fine and costs, seven months driver’s license revocation, six months interlock.
Corey Smith, 42, of Villas, driving while intoxicated, $1,364 fine and costs, 180 days county jail, 10 year driver license revocation, two years interlock, 90 days rehabilitation. Must show proof.
David Tosto, 37, of North Cape May, unregistered vehicle, $89 fine and costs. Failure to exhibit documents, $189 fine and costs, reckless driving, $539 fine and costs, 90 days driver’s license revocation.
