Lower Police Respond to 788 Calls Sept. 14-20

ERMA — During the week of Sept 14-20, 2008, Lower Township Police responded to and/or initiated 788 calls for service averaging over 112 calls per day.
The following is a brief rundown of calls for service and reported incidents that police responded to during the week.
SEPTEMBER 14, 2008:
Domestic Violence: 1:03 am Hemlock Rd., N.C.M., victim was threatened, TRO issued.
Disorderly Conduct: 1:37 am E. Miami Ave., Villas, people in the street yelling.
Disorderly Conduct: 2:33 am Wildwood Ave., Villas, people in the street fighting.
Warrant Arrest: 4:32 am W. Delaware Pkwy, Villas, subject released on bail with a court date.
Domestic Violence: 8:46 am Bayshore Rd., N.C.M., victim states she was assaulted.
Criminal Mischief: 9:02 am Bayshore Rd. Cold Spring, house hit with tomatoes & eggs.
Harassment: 11:51 am Jonathan Hoffman Rd., N.C.M., victim received a harassing letter.
Domestic Violence: 12:44 pm Ridgewood Ave., Villas, victim was assaulted, charges filed.
Rescue Call: 4:11 pm Birch Rd., Villas, Police & Rescue responded for a hurt leg.
Rescue Call: 4:23 pm Ridgewood Ave., Villas, Police & Rescue responded for chest pains.
Harassment: 5:46 pm Race Track Dr., Town Bank, being harassed by neighbor.
Theft: 5:57 pm Roseann Ave., N.C.M., theft of two rings and cash, cash was returned.
Disorderly Conduct: 7:16 pm Bayshore Rd., Villas, juveniles hanging in the area.
Disorderly Conduct: 7:59 pm Mulligan Field, Villas, juveniles hanging in the area.
Harassment: 11:10 pm Bayshore Rd., Villas, customers being harassed by a male subject.
SEPTEMBER 15, 2008:
Criminal Mischief: 9:33 am E. Pacific Ave., Villas, motor vehicle damaged.
Criminal Mischief: 9:49 am Folsom Rd., Town Bank, window damaged on residence.
Harassment: 12:26 pm Clubhouse Dr., Town Bank, verbal harassment, charges filed.
Burglary: 2:09 pm E. Virginia Ave., Villas, residence entered, items stolen.
Criminal Mischief: 3:09 pm E. Pacific Ave., Villas, motor vehicle damaged.
Rescue Call: 5:00 pm E. Atlantic Ave., Villas, Police & Rescue responded for a seizure.
Disorderly Conduct: 6:29 pm W. Delaware Pkwy, Villas, argument over a motor vehicle.
SEPTEMBER 16, 2008:
Harassment: 12:21 am Orchard Dr., N.C.M., verbal harassment.
Disorderly Conduct: 1:19 am Bayshore Rd., N.C.M., three females fighting.
Warrant Arrest: 1:47 am Bayshore Rd., N.C.M., subject taken to County Jail.
Criminal Mischief: 7:29 am Bayshore Rd., N.C.M., fence was spray-painted.
Disorderly Conduct: 10:25 am Route 9, Erma, two subjects got into a mutual altercation.

Fire Call: 10:21 am Bayshore Rd., N.C.M., fire alarm, Police & Town Bank Fire responded.
Simple Assault: 11:17 am E. Jacksonville Ave., Villas, subject was assaulted, charges filed.
Fraud: 11:48 am Breakwater Rd., Erma, subject issued a bad check.
Harassment: 11:56 am Ocean Dr., Cold Springs, female being harassed by a male.

Disorderly Conduct: 3:32 pm Bayshore Rd., Villas, two subjects fighting.
Rescue Call: 4:30 pm Cape Woods Rd., Cape May, Police & Rescue responded for subject whose left side is numb.
Disorderly Conduct: 4:09 pm Fishing Creek Rd., Fishing Creek, family argument.
Rescue Call: 5:07 pm Glade Dr., N.C.M., Police & Rescue responded for subject who fell of their bike.
Rescue Call: 5:57 pm E. Hudson Ave., Villas, Police & Rescue responded for a subject who overdosed on pills and alcohol.
Rescue Call: 6:37 pm Bayshore Rd., Villas, Police & Rescue responded for chest pains.
Rescue Call: 7:53 pm Atlantic Ave., Diamond Beach, Police & Rescue responded for a subject who fell.
Theft: 8:20 pm Shawmount Ave., Villas, bicycle stolen.
SEPTEMBER 17, 2008:
Rescue Call: 12:21 am Route 109, Cold Springs, Police & Rescue responded to check the well being.
Drunk Driver Arrested: 1:39 am Fulling Mill Rd., Villas, released with court date.
Trespassing: 3:47 am Oak Ave., Villas, subject on private property.
Rescue Call: 9:03 am Seashore Rd., Erma, Police & Rescue responded for shortness of breath.
Rescue Call: 10:28 am Town Bank Rd., N.C.M., Police & Rescue responded for a seizure.
Rescue Call: 10:45 am Beechwood Ave., Villas, Police & Rescue responded for numbness to both hands.
Harassment: 12:02 pm Rose Hill Pkwy, N.C.M., verbal harassment, charges filed.

Rescue Call: 2:00 pm Spruce Ave., Villas, Police & Rescue responded for a person who fell into a hole and hit their head.
Theft: 2:36 pm Tower View Rd., Erma, theft of a camera tri pod from motor vehicle.
Rescue Call: 2:57 pm Schellengers Landing Rd., Cold Springs, Police & Rescue responded for a heart condition.
Simple Assault: 3:12 pm Walnut Ave., Villas, subject was assaulted, charges filed.

Narcotics Arrest: 5:52 pm Indian Ave., N.C.M., possession of CDS, charges filed.
Assault: 5:52 pm Indian Ave., N.C.M., police officer assaulted, charges filed.

Harassment: 7:53 pm Whittier Ave., N.C.M., verbal harassment over the telephone.

SEPTEMBER 19, 2008:
Fire Call: 3:18 am Pacific Ave., Diamond Beach, fire alarm, Police & Erma Fire responded.
Rescue Call: 3:25 am Utah Ave., Villas, Police & Rescue responded for a heart attack.
Rescue Call: 7:38 am Evergreen Ave., Villas, Police & Rescue responded for a subject who wants to cut his wrists.
Fire Call: 9:26 am Town Bank Rd., N.C.M., fire alarm, Police & Town Bank Fire responded.
Domestic Violence: 9:35 am Mistletoe Rd., Cape May Beach, victim being harassed, charges filed and a TRO was issued.
Criminal Mischief: 12:59 pm Mulligan Field, Villas, damage done to hockey rink.
Rescue Call: 2:11 pm W. Delaware Pkwy, Villas, Police & Rescue responded for a subject acting out and becoming violent.
Rescue Call: 3:16 pm Bayshore Rd., N.C.M., Police & Rescue responded for a diabetic emergency.
Harassment: 3:47 pm Bayshore Rd., N.C.M., verbal harassment.
Domestic Violence: 4:37 pm Evergreen Ave., Villas, violation of a TRO, charges filed.

Trespassing: 1:45 pm Seashore Rd., Erma, subjects on private property.
Disorderly Conduct: 2:06 pm Bayshore Rd., N.C.M., male subject yelling and banging his fist on store windows.
Burglary: 2:54 pm Bayshore Rd., N.C.M., juveniles broke into the store and caused damage, charges filed.
Harassment: 3:50 pm Rose Hill Pkwy, N.C.M., verbal harassment, charges filed.
