Hoster, Sarah J., 56, of Philadelphia, driving while under the influence.
Prettyman, Michael C. Jr., 23, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of hypodermic needle.
Vaccaro, Mia R. 38, of North Cape May, possession of weapons unlawful purpose, terroristic threats.
