Lower Police List Activity Report for May 18-24

ERMA — During the week of May 18 to 24, Lower Township Police responded to and/or initiated 923 calls for service averaging over 131 calls per day.
May 18:
Domestic violence complaint received at 12:32 a.m. in the 100 block of Fishing Creek Road in Fishing Creek; reporting party states that a female is screaming, upon police arrival the actor left the scene, Domestic Violence Act Rights were given, no complaints or a request for a TRO at this time.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 1:52 a.m. in the 1200 block of Millman Lane in Villas; police were advised that several subjects may be consuming alcohol, upon police arrival the subjects were spoken to and sent on there way, no complaints at this time
Report of a drunk driver received at 2:15 a.m. in the 900 block of Seashore Road in Erma, during an investigation of a motor vehicle accident the driver was with driving while intoxicated, he was taken to the Atlantic City Medical Center for medical treatment, the driver was issued a summons with a court date.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 4:30 a.m. in the 1200 block of Bayshore Road in Villas; police were advised that several juveniles are trying to break into the building there, upon police arrival the subjects were gone and there were no signs of attempted entry to the building, no complaints at this time.
Report of a theft received at 5:24 a.m. in the first block of East Weber Avenue in Villas, reporting party states someone is attempting to break into a motor vehicle, subjects was chased by a neighbor, police were unable to locate the subjects and states several items were taken from the motor vehicle, investigation continues.
Report of trespassing received at 7:25 a.m. in the 100 block of Maple Road in Villas, report of a family member refusing to leave the reporting parties property, upon police arrival they spoke with the actor who was advised if he returns he will be charged, no complaints at this time.
Report of a theft received at 2:36 p.m. in the 900 block of Main Street in Erma, reporting party states someone stole several items from their car and used the credit cards at several locations, investigation continues.
Report of a warrant arrest at 9:39 p.m. in the area of Bayshore Road and Fire Lane in North Cape May; Subject was placed under arrest for a warrant out of Middle Township; subject was processed and taken to the County jail.
Report of a drunk driver received at 11:53 p.m. in the 600 block of East Jacksonville Avenue in Villas, during an investigation of a motor vehicle taken with out owners consent, the vehicle was located and the driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated, the driver was processed and issued a summons with a court date.
May 19:
Report of disorderly conduct received at 2:51 a.m. in the 100 block of East Atlantic Avenue in Villas; upon officer’s arrival it was found to be a verbal argument between two subjects over their child, they worked out there differences, no complaints at this time.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 3:54 a.m. in the 500 block of Rose Hill Parkway in North Cape May; police were advised a unknown subject was knocking on the front door, subject was located, the subject was intoxicated and thought the house he was knocking on was his, the police took the subject home and released him to a family member, no complaints at this time.
Report of criminal mischief received at 10:10 a.m. in the 1300 block of Bayshore Road in Villas, the victim reports damage done to his front window, investigation continues.
Report of a theft received at 2:36 p.m. in the 200 block of Rose Lane in Villas, reporting party states someone stole the license plate off their car within the last week, investigation continues.
Report of criminal mischief received at 2:50 p.m. in the 100 block of Old Mill Drive in North Cape May, the victim reports damage done to his vehicle within the last couple of days, investigation continues.
Report of a theft received at 5:22 p.m. in the 900 block of Main Street in Erma, reporting party states that a friend was watching her dog and they got into a verbal argument and the friend will not give back the dog, the officer will make contact with the actor, no complaints at this time.
Report of a theft received at 7:30 p.m. in the 2600 block of Bayshore Road in Villas, reporting party states someone stole their bike, investigation continues.
May 20:
Report of criminal mischief received at 9:01 a.m. in the first block of Cove Drive in North Cape May, the victim reports damage done to his rental property by the tenants that moved out, the victim was referred to civil court for complaints.
Report of criminal mischief received at 9:21 a.m. in the 100 block of Cedardale Avenue in Villas, the victim reports damage done to their storm door, investigation continues.
Domestic violence complaint received at 9:57 a.m. in the first block of Texas Avenue in Villas; victim reports a violation of a Temporary Restraining Order, the actor continues to call her phone, charges were filed and the actor was arrested, the actor was processed and taken to the County jail.
Report of a warrant arrest at 10:33 a.m. in the 400 block of Breakwater Road in Erma; Subject was placed under arrest for a seven warrants out of Middle Township and one out of Wildwood City; subject was processed and taken to the County jail.
Report of harassment received at 3:46 p.m. in the 200 block of Matthews Avenue in Villas; upon officer’s arrival they were advised the reporting party’s child is being harassed by another child, the officer spoke with the actors parent and child, the victim was advised of her options, no complaints at this time.
Report of a fraud received at 3:53 p.m. in the 100 block of Village Road in Villas, the officer was advised the victim had a unauthorized charge on her credit card, investigation continues.
Domestic violence complaint received at 5:39 p.m. in the first block of West Drumbed Road in Villas; report of a verbal argument between two subjects, Domestic Violence Act Rights were given, no complaints or a request for a TRO at this time.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 10:12 p.m. in the 3900 block of Bayshore Road in North Cape May; upon officer’s arrival it was found to be a verbal argument between two family members, they worked the problem out themselves, no complaints at this time.
Domestic violence complaint received at 11:49 p.m. in the 200 block of Teal Avenue in North Cape May; report of a verbal argument between two family members, Domestic Violence Act Rights were given, no complaints or a request for a TRO at this time. One of the subjects had three warrants out of Lower Township and one out of Wildwood City; the subject was processed and taken to the County jail.
May 21:
Report of a local ordinance violation received at 5:56 a.m. in the first block of West New York Avenue in Villas; reporting party states the neighbor is playing loud music, responding officer spoke to the actor and it was turned down for the night, no complaints at this time.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 12:02 p.m. in the 600 block of Crawford Road in North Cape May; officers were advised that there was a disagreement between two roommates; upon police arrival the officers spoke to both subjects and they were going to try and work the matter out between themselves, no complaints at this time.
Report of harassment received at 5:04 p.m. in the 1300 block of Bayshore Road in Villas; upon officer’s arrival they were advised the reporting party is being harassed by telephone, the victim was advised of her options, no complaints at this time.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 5:31 p.m. in the area of Mulligan Field in Villas; police were advised that several juveniles are being disorderly; juveniles were spoken to along with their parents, no complaints at this time.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 7:15 p.m. in the 600 block of Crawford Road in North Cape May; officers were advised that there was a disagreement between two roommates; upon police arrival the officers spoke to both subjects and they were going to try and work the matter out between themselves, no complaints at this time.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 7:34 p.m. in the 3800 block of Bayshore Road in North Cape May; officers were advised that there was a dispute between two subjects, upon police arrival the subjects were spoken to and sent on there way, no complaints at this time.
Report of trespassing received at 9:22 p.m. in the first block of Washington Avenue in Villas, report of 2 to 5 subjects on the neighbor’s property, upon police arrival they spoke with the actors and they left with no problems, no complaints at this time.
May 22:
Report of disorderly conduct received at 12:08 a.m. in the 300 block of East St Johns Avenue in Villas; officers were advised that there was a dispute between two subjects, upon police arrival the subjects were spoken to and they will work out the problem themselves, no complaints at this time.
Report of an intoxicated subject received at 1:21 a.m. in the area of Breakwater Road and Sunset Drive in Erma; upon police arrival the officers located the subject and gave him a ride to a family member, no complaints at this time.
Report of criminal mischief received at 10:34 a.m. in the 1300 block of Bayshore Road in Villas, the victim reports damage done to their front door, investigation continues.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 6:04 p.m. in the 300 block of Village Road in Villas; officers were advised that there was a dispute between two subjects, upon police arrival the subjects were spoken to and they will work out the problem themselves, no complaints at this time.
Report of someone with a knife received at 6:33 p.m. in the area of Mulligan Field in Villas, police were advised a subject possibly a juvenile pulled out a pocket knife in the park with another juvenile present, charges were filed and the subject was released to his parents with a court date pending.
May 23:
Report of a warrant arrest at 12:19 a.m. in the area of Bayshore Road and Ridgewood Avenue in Villas; Subject was placed under arrest for a two warrants out of Deptford Township and one out of Leesburg; subject was processed and taken to the County jail.
Report of a local ordinance violation received at 3:37 a.m. in the first block of Locust Road in Villas; reporting party states the neighbor has a loud party, responding officer spoke to the actor and they will keep it down for the night, no complaints at this time.
Report of disorderly conduct received at 4:05 a.m. in the 3700 block of Bayshore Road in North Cape May; officers were advised that there was a dispute between several subjects; police spoke with the subjects and they were sent on there way, two special complaints were signed by the officer on two of the subjects for curfew violations and they were turned over to their parents with a court date.
Report of a warrant arrest at 4:22 a.m. in the 3700 block of Bayshore Road in North Cape May; Subject was placed under arrest for a warrant out of Middle Township, subject was processed and released on bail.
Domestic violence complaint received at 4:28 am in the first block of Locust Road in Villas; reporting party states that the actor came into the residence and got into a verbal argument, Domestic Violence Act Rights were given, no complaints or a request for a TRO at this time.
Report of trespassing received at 12:03 p.m. in the first block of Carolina Avenue in Villas, the victim reports coming home and finding their kitchen window open and someone went through the house, investigation continues.
Report of a narcotics arrest at 3:26 p.m. in the 900 block of Route 109 in Cold Springs, subject was arrested for possession and possession with intent to distribute drugs, charges were filed as the subject had several bags of cocaine, crack, and marijuana on the subject, the subject was processed and taken to the County jail.
Report of trespassing received at 4:22 p.m. in the first block of West Drumbed Road in Villas, the victim reports coming home and finding their bathroom window open and someone went through their house, investigation continues.
Report of a warrant arrest at 5:05 p.m. in the 1900 block of Bayshore Road in Villas; Subject was placed under arrest for a warrant out of Pleasantville, subject was processed and taken to the County jail.
Report of an assault received at 11:55 p.m. in the 900 block of Schellenger Landing Road in Cold Springs, victim stated he was assaulted; the victim signed a complaint for simple assault against the actor who will be served and given a court date to appear.
May 24:
Domestic violence complaint received at 1:28 a.m. in the first block of West New York Avenue in Villas; reporting party states that the actor smashed the car window, upon police arrival the actor was charged with criminal mischief, the actor was processed and released on a summons with a court date, Domestic Violence Act Rights were given, no request for a TRO at this time.
Report of criminal mischief received at 7:54 a.m. in the first block of Old Mill Drive in North Cape May, the victim reports damage done to their driver side window and door of their car, investigation continues.
Report of a theft received at 1:47 p.m. in the 4000 block of Bayshore Road in Cold Springs, victim states several items were stolen from their motor vehicle, investigation continues.
Report of a theft received at 3:28 p.m. in the 400 block of Desoto Avenue in Villas, victim states several items of scrap were stolen from the Fulling Mill Road area, victim signed complaints for theft against the actor, and service of the complaint is pending.
Report of a theft received at 3:34 p.m. in the 200 block of Suzanne Avenue in North Cape May, victim states a garmin 200 seabreeze gps system was stolen from their motor vehicle, investigation continues.
Report of harassment received at 6:30 p.m. in the 200 block of Hughes Avenue in North Cape May; upon officer’s arrival they were advised the reporting party is being harassed by telephone, the victim was advised of her options, no complaints at this time.
Report of an assault received at 9:09 p.m. in the first block of Beverly Road in Town Bank, victim stated he was assaulted; the victim signed a complaint for simple assault against the actor who will be served and given a court date to appear.
Report of a drunk driver received at 10:34 p.m. in the first block of Kentucky Avenue in Villas, during a motor vehicle stop the driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated, during the investigation a warrant was located out of Wildwood for this subject and the actor was also charged with resisting arrest, the subject was processed and served a summons with a court date and released on bail.
