Lower Police Arrest Villas Man Wanted in PA At Tattoo Parlor

VILLAS – On Tuesday, March 30, at approximately 5:45 pm, the Lower Township Police Communication Center received a 9-1-1 call from Cohwen’s Ink Emporium, a tattoo parlor located on Bayshore Road in the Villas Section of Lower Township.
Employees at the establishment were reporting a disorderly male subject refusing to leave the tattoo parlor.
Patrol Officer Robert Fessler responded to the tattoo parlor where the disorderly person was identified as, a Wayne Chadwick, age 28, with a local address in the 700 Block of Desoto Avenue, Villas, New Jersey.
A warrants check on Chadwick revealed that he was wanted on a Fugitive Warrant out of the City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, specifically For Contempt of a Protection Order, Stalking Violations, Terroristic Threats, and Harassment,
Chadwick was arrested at the scene and transported to the Lower Township Police Department for processing where he was placed on a warrant for being a Fugitive From Justice from the City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Chadwick was subsequently lodged in the Cape May County Jail after the Superior Court Bail Unit set his bail at $35,000 cash.
Authorities in Philadelphia have notified the Lower Township Police Department that they will seek Chadwick’s extridiction.
