Lower Police Arrest Out Of Control Juvenile

ERMA – On April 29 at approximately 1:00 a.m., Lower Township Police Communication’s Center received a 9-1-1 call from a resident in the 900 Block of Lenape Drive in the Erma Section of the township.
The call reported that a 17 year old male at the residence was out of control and fighting everyone in the residence and had injured two people, possibly breaking someone’s ankle.
Lower Township Patrol Officers responded to the scene along with the Lower Township Rescue Squad. Several people refused medical treatment from the Rescue Squad at that time, but later went to the hospital on their own.
The 17 year old male actor in the incident was arrested, transported to the Lower Township Police Department for processing, where he was charged with one count of Aggravated Assault and was later released to a relative.
The incident was investigated by CPL. Kevin Boyle.
