COURT HOUSE – A status conference for a former Ocean City High School vice principal accused of official misconduct for allegedly spying on her superintendent’s emails has been delayed, The Press of Atlantic City reports.
Judge John Porto Sept. 30 agreed to give Lentz’s attorney, Brian Pelloni of Philadelphia, more time to investigate the case before moving forward.
Pelloni said he will subpoena Microsoft for more information, but what he planned to subpoena is unknown, according to the report.
The status conference has been delayed until Oct. 14.
