Lawyer’s Sentencing Rescheduled Again

CAMDEN – A Cape May County lawyer’s sentencing, for conspiracy to commit wire fraud in the purchase of nine North Wildwood condominiums in 2007, has been reset for a fourth time. 
Louis C. Dwyer Jr., who has a law office in Lower Township, pleaded guilty last year to the single count in U.S. District Court in Camden, according to a previous report.
Recent documents indicate Dwyer will be sentenced Dec. 12, 2016 in U.S. District Court in Camden.
