Juveniles Adjudicated

CREST HAVEN — The Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office on Feb. 21 announced that the following juvenile cases were recently handled in Family Court by Judge Kyran Connor:
Ryan Conroy, 20, Court House.
Charge: Burglary
Crime: On April 5, 2004 entered a home in Court House with purpose to commit theft.
Punishment: Credit for time served.
Matthew Flynn, 17, Ocean City.
Charge: Possession of controlled dangerous substance, third degree.
Crime: On Nov. 21, 2007, in Ocean City, unlawfully possessed ecstacy pills.
Punishment: Probation 12 months; drug evaluation and abide by recommendations; $1,000; essay on drug ecstacy.
Mark Jones, 18, Rio Grande.
Charge: Robbery, second degree.
Crime: On Sept. 6, used force on another while in the course of committing a theft in Villas.
Punishment: 60 days county jail; probation terminated without improvement; fines and penalties, $795.
Andrew F. Louiseau, 18, North Wildwood.
Charge: Possession of controlled dangerous substance, third degree.
Crime: On Dec. 1, 2007, in North Wildwood, unlawfully possessed a controlled dangerous substance, hydrocodone.
Punishment: Probation six months; fines and penalties $1,115; no contact with adult co-defendants; DNA sampling and fingerprinting.
Chelsea E. McAllister, 17, Westmont, Camden County.
Charge: Possession of heroin, third degree; theft, third degree.
Crime: On Nov. 15, 2007 possessed a controlled dangerous substance, heroin, in North Wildwood, and on Nov. 7, 2007, committed the offense of taking jewelry from a residence with intent to deprive the owner thereof in Wildwood Crest.
Punishment: Probation; no contact with co-defendants; $1,115 fines and penalties; 60 hours community service; drug treatment.
Luis A. Rivera, 15, Woodbine.
Charge: Unlawful possession of handgun.
Crime: On Nov. 24, was in possession of a handgun in Woodbine without having a permit to carry it.
Punishment: 18 months N.J. Training School for Boys, suspended; successful completion of an inpatient rehabilitation program; custody transferred to D.Y.F.S.; $45 fines and penalties; forfeit weapon.
Jonathan Rodriguez, 15, Court House.
Charge: Resisting arrest, third degree.
Crime: On Sept. 7, 2007, in Middle Township, used physical force or violence against a law enforcement officer.
Punishment: Probation extended to Dec. 31, 2008; fines and penalties $75.
