COURT HOUSE — According to the Press of Atlantic City, Superior Court Judge Raymond Batten Oct. 7 dismissed the murder indictment pending against George Carty, 51, who was arrested in late 2007 and charged in the 1982 death of Lower Township resident John Attenborough.
Batten said the prosecution misrepresented some facts to the grand jury.
