Judge: Murder Suspect Stays in Jail Until Trial

COURT HOUSE – The man accused of killing an Ocean City woman July 22 will stay in jail until his trial, Superior Court Judge John Porto ruled July 27.
Paul Kline, 49, of Ocean City did not challenge the Cape May County Prosecutor’s motion to detain him, according to a release.
Kline’s next court appearance is scheduled for Sept. 14.
