DIAMOND BEACH – The Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office is investigating the discovery of a body in the marsh here April 12.
Lower Township Police Chief William Mastriana confirmed that the Prosecutor’s Office would likely issue a press release later April 13, since the matter remained under investigation.
