COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up the following 18 indictments June 28:
Charles Mosley, Derrick Powers
Charles Mosley, 33, and Derrick Powers, 23, both recently residing in Rio Grande, were indicted for the murder of Nicole Angstadt, a 15-year-old whose body was discovered in December 2015 after the teen was reported missing by her family.
The two were indicted on murder, conspiracy, and sexual assault charges along with burglary, robbery, endangering the welfare of a child and hindering apprehension. Each was indicted on at least three first degree counts, along with numerous second and third-degree offenses. Mosley was also charged with desecrating a human body, second degree.

Michael Deleon
Michael Deleon, 46, of Oceanside, Calif., was indicted for second-degree misapplication of entrusted funds. The indictment alleges that Deleon stole more than $75,000 from the estate of a relative when he was a trustee of that estate.
The money, entrusted to him for the care of his sister’s orphaned children, disappeared over an extended period from January 2007 through March 2013. His sister died at age 42 in 2006 with two minor sons.
James Jenkins
On May 1, surveillance cameras allegedly caught James Jenkins, 34, of Millville, entering a structure at an Upper Township campground intending to steal money. Jenkins was indicted for third-degree burglary.
Jeffrey P. Hoffman
In March, Jeffrey Hoffman, 46, of Ocean City, was arrested for possession of oxycodone, a Schedule II drug. At the time, police allege that Hoffman first tried to elude officers and then threatened to use force to avoid arrest. He was indicted for possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), third degree, and two counts of resisting arrest, one fourth and one third-degree.
Andrew Voegtlin, Kalene Klaszky
Andrew Voegtlin, 33, and Kalene Klaszky, 34, both of Erma, were indicted for criminal contempt, fourth degree. The indictment alleges that the two violated a civil action order on April 19. The order was issued just days prior based on a request from the N.J. Division of Child Protective Services.
Edward Williams, Antonio Cruz-Cruz
In 1974, Edward Williams, now of Wildwood, was convicted of homicide in Cumberland County. Williams and Antonio Cruz-Cruz, also of Wildwood, were indicted for unlawful possession of a weapon. Williams’ earlier conviction also brought an additional charge of certain person. In November 2015, the two were found in possession of a .308 caliber handgun.
Russell Foulke, Jr.
Russell Foulke, Jr., allegedly issued a check for over $1,300 to a merchant in Dennis Township knowing that the bank would not honor the check. He was indicted for issuing a bad check and theft, both in the third degree.
Sean Zinkus
Sean Zinkus, 29, of North Wildwood is facing an indictment for possession of a CDS, possession with intent to distribute, intent to distribute within 500 feet of public property and intent to distribute within 1000 feet of a school.
All counts are third degree except the intent to distribute within 500 feet of public property which is a second-degree offense.
Jaquan Bartee
Jaquan Bartee, 19, of Wildwood, was indicted for robbery, second degree, using a juvenile in a crime, first degree, and third-degree resisting arrest. During a robbery, Bartee allegedly put the victims in fear of serious bodily injury. He used a companion in the crime who was under the age of 17, and he threatened the use of physical force in an attempt to avoid arrest.
Andrew Bruno
Andrew Bruno, 19, of Wildwood was indicted for sexual assault against a victim 14 years old. He was indicted for sexual assault, second degree and endangering the welfare of a child, third degree.
Carmen Colon-Cruz, Thomas Thompson
Carmen Colon-Cruz, 35, of Wildwood, was indicted for possession of a CDS, heroin, possession with intent to distribute, and intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school, each third degree. Thomas Thompson was added to the indictment on a count of attempting to possess a CDS, third degree.
In a separate indictment, Colon-Cruz was also charged with possession of a CDS, heroin.
Christina Spaventa
Christina Spaventa, 24, of Wildwood, was indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS, heroin. The incident allegedly occurred April 19 in Wildwood. Spaventa was arrested several times in 2015 on shoplifting and drug charges.
Ronald Moore
Ronald Moore, 26, of Villas, was indicted for theft and fencing stolen property, both third degree. Lower Township Police allege that Moore stole property valued more than $500 during the period from November through December 2015.
Stephen McCloskey
Stephen McCloskey, 30, of Philadelphia, was indicted for possession and distribution of methamphetamine, third degree. McCloskey was arrested in North Wildwood, May 28.
James Matthews
James Matthews, 23, of Villas, was arrested by Lower Township Police on two outstanding warrants. While being taken into custody, police say that a container of oxycodone was found for which Matthews had no prescription. This week Matthews was indicted for possession of a CDS and possession with intent to distribute, each third degree.
The individuals are only charged with the offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
