Motley was indicted for possession and distribution of a CDS, both third degree. Motley and Nolan shared a count in the indictment for conspiracy to distribute, third degree. Abdul Blackman
Abdul Blackman, 18, allegedly entered a residence on Coolidge Road in Ocean City taking prescription medications from the home. Blackman was indicted for burglary and theft, both third degree, and for a fourth degree prescription legend drug charge. Blackman’s alleged involvement of an unnamed juvenile in the crime led to the second degree charge of using a juvenile in a crime charge.
Robert Donahue
In May 2015, Lower Township resident Robert Donahue allegedly sold his services for home repair. Accepting a fee in excess of $500, Donahue then allegedly “treated the money as his own” and failed to fulfil his responsibilities. The grand jury indicted Donahue for third degree theft by failure to make required distribution and added the fourth degree count to the indictment for violation of the Contractor Registration Act.
Christina Esterly
From February to May 2015, Christina Esterly, 29, of Wildwood, allegedly stole property valued at greater than $500 and forged a check belonging to her victim at a local bank. She was indicted for theft, forgery, and uttering a forged instrument, all third degree.
Mariusz Dobosz
Mariusz Dobosz, 33, of Woodbine was indicted for possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, second degree, terroristic threats, third degree, and aggravated assault, fourth degree. Since his alleged victim was 11 years old, he was also indicted for endangering the welfare of a child, second degree. Later attempts to influence the child’s testimony added another second degree charge for witness tampering.
In an incident in January, Dubosz allegedly used a rifle to threaten the child with death. As an investigation proceeded, Dubosz allegedly attempted to get his victim to alter his/her testimony. Prior to this incident, in October 2015, Dubosz was arrested for domestic assault.
Thomas McKeown, Jr.
Thomas McKeown, 28, of Philadelphia faces an indictment for aggravated assault and endangering an injured victim, both third degree. The incident occurred in North Wildwood in September 2015. The endangerment count was added because McKeown allegedly left the scene of the altercation knowing the victim was unable to care for himself.
Danzelle L. Wilson
In the type of case that causes head shaking among county residents, Danzelle Lee Wilson, 24, of Woodbine, was “at liberty by court order” while facing a long list of offenses including multiple drug possession and distribution charges, weapons violations, handling stolen property, and even second degree robbery. The list of outstanding charges in the indictment ran to a second page.
On Feb. 26, Wilson failed to show for the court session in the Matter of State v. Danzelle Wilson. This week’s indictment adds a charge of third degree bail jumping. A check of the inmates at the county Correctional Center showed Wilson in residence.
The individuals are only charged with the offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
