Indictments Filed Sept. 17

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 15 indictments Sept. 17. 
The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance. 
A “certain person not to have weapons” charge can be made against an individual found in possession of a weapon, even though a previous felony conviction banned weapons possession. 
All individuals listed are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
Kenneth R. Cajigas-Serrano 
Kenneth Cajigas-Serrano, 22, of Wildwood, was indicted for possession of a CDS, fentanyl, along with resisting arrest. Each count was in the third degree.
Luis A. Diaz 
Luis Diaz, 53, of Wildwood, faces two third-degree counts for possession of a CDS, fentanyl and cocaine, along with two fourth-degree counts for obstruction of the administration of law and resisting arrest.
Greg A. Allen
Greg Allen was indicted on two counts of fourth-degree aggravated assault related to an Oct. 2, 2014 incident in Middle Township. The indictment stated that Allen injured two victims while driving under the influence.
Frank J. Fiore 
Frank Fiore was arrested in Ocean City July 4, on drug possession and weapons charges. He has been indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS, methamphetamine, along with fourth-degree possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes. 
Three additional counts are in the indictment for fourth-degree unlawful possession of a weapon, with the weapons listed as a knife, a dagger, and an ice pick.
Theresa Mantovano
Theresa Mantovano, of Ocean City, was indicted on a single count of third-degree failure to make required disposition.
Dahy N. Osman
Dahy Osman, 64, of North Cape May, was indicted for endangering an injured victim, third degree. The indictment states that Osman left the scene of an accident in which a person was injured.
Mark Livingston
Mark Livingston, 55, of Wildwood, faces a six-count indictment from a July 5 incident in Wildwood, in which he is said to have stabbed his daughter with a knife during a dispute.
Livingston faces a second-degree count for aggravated assault, two third-degree counts for possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes and making terroristic threats, and three fourth-degree counts for unlawful possession of a weapon, contempt of a restraining order and certain person. Livingston was convicted of burglary in 1988.
Stacy Campo
Stacy Campo, of Middle Township, was indicted on two counts of possession of a CDS, oxycodone and morphine sulfate.
Jonathan Carrie, Ronald Kelley, Anthony Staley
Jonathan Carrie, 22, of Glassboro, Ronald Kelley, 49, of Philadelphia, and Anthony Staley, 30, of West Wildwood were each indicted separately on a single count of third-degree possession of a CDS.
Raymond Paradise
Raymond Paradise, 65, of Villas, faces a 10-count indictment stemming from an incident Aug. 19. Police reports said he threatened neighbors with a knife. 
Three victims are listed in the indictment as having been assaulted and terrorized. Paradise was indicted on three counts of second-degree aggravated assault, three counts of third-degree aggravated assault and three counts of terroristic threats, third degree. One final count is for third-degree possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes.
Scott H. Shaw
Scott Shaw was indicted for possession of a CDS, heroin, and possession with intent to distribute a CDS, methamphetamine. Each count was in the third degree. The indictment stems from an arrest in Wildwood Crest in June.
John D. Smith
John Smith, 29, of Whitesboro, was indicted for third-degree receiving stolen property, a 2002 Honda 400EX.
James L. Williams
James Williams faces two third-degree aggravated assault counts along with a third-degree count for possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes and one in the fourth degree for unlawful possession of a weapon. 
The indictment stems from a domestic violence incident in Middle Township in July. The weapon was a metal pole.
