COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 19 indictments Oct. 31. The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.
A “certain person” charge can be brought against anyone carrying a weapon but whose previous criminal convictions prohibit possession of a weapon.
Haneef Molley, Phillip Atkinson, Jessica Waugh
Haneef A. Molley, 30, of Erma, and Phillip C. Atkinson, 38, of Wildwood, were indicted for conspiracy to sell CDS, third degree. The indictment also contains two separate counts against the two for possession with intent to distribute both cocaine and heroin.
One of those counts is in the third degree, the other in the second degree.
Jessica Waugh, 30, of Villas, was charged with four counts of the same indictment, all for distribution of heroin, each in the third degree.
John E. Glover
In Wildwood, John Glover allegedly used a bat to bash a victim’s property causing over $500 in damage. Glover faces counts of third-degree possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, and two fourth-degree charges for unlawful possession of a weapon and criminal mischief.
Scott Lodgek
Scott Lodgek, 48, of Linwood, while in his position as Middle Township School District athletic director, allegedly stole more than $1,000 from the high school sports account. He faces a second-degree count of official misconduct, along with a third-degree theft charge.
John H. Long
An Upper Township car burglary led to the taking of a PayPal debit card that was fraudulently used three separate times. John Long faces five third counts for burglary, unlawful theft of a credit card and three counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.
Harry J. Boardman
Harry Boardman, 58, of Ocean City, allegedly wrote a check on his account for $3,995 knowing that the bank would not honor it. He was indicted for issuing bad checks, third degree.
Philippa A. Campbell
Philippa Campbell, 73, of Philadelphia, was indicted for leaving the scene of an accident involving serious bodily injury. The count is in the third degree.
Brian J. Delgado
Brian Delgado, of Wildwood, was indicted for possession of both cocaine and heroin, two third-degree counts, along with third-degree possession with intent to distribute heroin. His alleged proximity to the Wildwood Historical Museum led to a second-degree count of possession with intent to distribute within 500 feet of public property.
Earl P. Coxson
In Upper Township, Earl Coxson allegedly took possession temporarily of a 2011 Accord without the permission of the owner. He was indicted for unlawful taking of a means of conveyance, a fourth-degree offense.
Domenic S. Marino
Domenic Marino allegedly stole from a local market over several months from July 2016 to December 2016. He was indicted for third-degree theft.
Shain J. Nelson
In 2008, Shain Nelson, 26, of Wildwood Crest, was convicted of sexual assault in Atlantic County. He is legally required to report any change of address to local law enforcement. Nelson was indicted this week on a third-degree count of failure to register a change of address in Wildwood Crest.
Jared Parker
Jared A. Parker, 48, of Wildwood, was indicted for two fourth-degree offenses, unlawful possession of a weapon, a knife, and certain person not to have a weapon. Parker had been previously convicted of possession of a CDS in Atlantic County which led to the prohibition against possession of a weapon.
Santos A. Calderon, Christopher Harris, Gregory J. Lazer, Jr., John M. Long, Jesse S. Pohlig, Michael J. Russell, Julius L. Davis, Dion J. Welch
In a series of separate indictments, the following individuals are facing counts of third-degree possession of a CDS.
Santos A. Calderon, 21, of Jessup, Md., hydrocodone, Christopher Harris, cocaine, Gregory J. Lazer, Jr., of Wildwood Crest , marijuana, John M. Long, heroin, Jesse S. Pohlig, 21, heroin, Michael J. Russell, 29, of Woodbine, cocaine, Julius L. Davis, 28, of Woodbine, a mix of cocaine and heroin, and Dion J. Welch, 38, of Dennis, methamphetamine.
The individual(s) listed is/are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
