Indictments Filed Oct. 30

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 20 indictments Oct. 30.
The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance. 
A charge of “certain person not to have a weapon” can be brought against someone possessing a weapon who was previously convicted of a felony. 
The following actions are alleged by law enforcement agents. Persons named are innocent until proven otherwise in court.
Jaclyn F. Flannery, Maurice A. McNeal
Jaclyn Flannery and Maurice McNeal, both of Wildwood, were each indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS, heroin. Flannery also faces a second-degree count for endangering the welfare of a child 10-years-old. McNeal had added counts for third-degree resisting arrest, as well as obstruction of the administration of law and a separate count of resisting arrest, the last two were fourth degree.
Sara E. Dell
Sara Dell, 29, of North Wildwood, was indicted on four counts of third-degree possession of a CDS. The drugs in question were alprazolam, clonazepam, diazepam, and oxycodone.
Benjamin T. Riker, Jennifer L. Thierjung, Traci D. Magliaccio
Benjamin T. Riker, Jennifer L. Thierjung and Traci D. Magliaccio were each indicted separately on one count of third-degree possession of a CDS. Thierjung also faces a count for fourth-degree hindering apprehension.
Ryan P. Schwartz, Kyle C. Johnson
Two Ocean City men, Ryan P. Schwartz, and Kyle C. Johnson, were indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS, fentanyl. 
Schwartz also faces a count for third-degree possession with intent to distribute.
Shaun M. Bruce
Shaun Bruce, of Wildwood, was indicted for possession of a CDS and possession with intent to distribute, both in the third degree.
Brandon R. Ivens
Brandon Ivens, 30, of Wildwood, was indicted for unlawful theft of a credit card, fourth degree, as well as third-degree theft and fraudulent use of a credit card.
Michael Brown
Following a September arrest in West Wildwood, Michael Brown was indicted for receiving stolen property, a .45 caliber handgun. The count was in the third degree.
Mark X. Davis Jr.
Mark Davis Jr., of Wildwood, was indicted on two counts of fourth-degree resisting arrest, as well as third-degree throwing of bodily fluids.
Hector L. Plasencia-Gonzalez, Juan Rivera-Gonzalez
Hector L. Plasencia-Gonzalez and Juan Rivera-Gonzalez face indictments on drug charges related to an incident in Wildwood in August. Plasencia-Gonzalez was indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS, cocaine, while Rivera-Gonzalez faces a count of third-degree possession with intent to distribute.
Christopher D. Bruey
Christopher Bruey, 26, of Ocean City, was indicted on two counts of burglary and one count of theft, each count third degree. The indictment lists two SUVs belonging to the same victims that were unlawfully entered with the resulting loss of more than $500 of property.
Horace S. Godwin
Horace Godwin, of Middle Township, was indicted on a second-degree charge of enticing a child. The incident occurred in Wildwood in August.
Edward J. Gundrum
Edward Gundrum was indicted for third-degree uttering a forged instrument. The indictment states that Gundrum passed what he knew to be a counterfeit $100 bill at a Boardwalk restaurant in Ocean City in September.
Christopher Kobielnik
Christopher Kobielnik, 46, of Green Creek, was indicted for third-degree possession of child pornography.
Raymon P. Williams
Raymon Williams faces a third-degree count for attempting to defraud a drug test, along with a fourth-degree count for possession of a device to defraud a drug test.
Dominic D. Jacobs
Dominic Jacobs, of Ocean City, was indicted for burglary and fraudulent use of a credit card, each third degree.  He also faces two fourth-degree counts for unlawful theft of a credit card and theft of greater than $200 but less than $500.
Christina L. Voncolln
Christina Voncolln, of Court House, was indicted on a second-degree count of false report to a law enforcement agency, as well as the same charge in the fourth degree. The indictment explains that the fourth-degree count was for reporting an incident to police which she knew not to have occurred. The more serious second-degree count arises from information provided to police to falsely implicate someone in a crime. The incident occurred in Wildwood on Oct. 11.
Eric Panny
Eric Panny, 35, of Green Creek, was indicted for second-degree robbery armed with a knife. An earlier conviction for possession of a firearm also led to two fourth-degree counts for certain person not to have a weapon.
Ricky M. Nichols
Ricky Nichols faces two third-degree counts for making terroristic threats and possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes. One additional count is in the fourth degree for unlawful possession of a weapon, a knife.
