COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 13 indictments Oct. 24. The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.
Evan J. Blair
Evan Blair, 24, of Del Haven was charged with driving while intoxicated Feb. 4 in Dennis Township. Police said he was also in possession of heroin. He was indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS.
Police reports also maintain that investigation showed Blair to be involved in thefts from the Deptford Mall.
Alexis S. Davis
Wildwood police were called to the scene of a stabbing July 10. The victim was transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in stable condition. The investigation led to the arrest of Alexis Davis, 23, of Wildwood.
Davis was indicted for second-degree aggravated assault, third-degree possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose and fourth-degree unlawful possession of a weapon.
Stephen Ewing
Stephen Ewing, 27, of Chichester, Pa., was indicted for aggravated assault on a North Wildwood police officer, along with resisting arrest; both charges were in the third degree.
Anthony C. Innarella
An indictment for second-degree theft alleges that Anthony C. Innarella stole more than $75,000 from a victim from June 29 through Aug. 14 this year. The charges were brought in Middle Township.
Anthony T. March
Anthony T. March, 51, of Lancaster, Pa. was indicted on three separate counts of third-degree possession of a CDS. The drugs involved were Adderall, Clonazepam, and heroin.
Barrett Brown
Barrett Brown, 27, of Burleigh, was indicted for a July 4 incident in which he allegedly committed third-degree criminal mischief causing the victim more than $500 in monetary loss.
Jazzmen D. Burton
Jazzmen Burton, 28, of North Cape May, was stopped by State Police in Upper Township March 15. She was allegedly found to be in possession of heroin. Burton was indicted for possession of a CDS, third degree.
Justin M. Linden
Justin M. Linden, 29, was indicted for making terroristic threats and aggravated assault, each in the third degree. Linden allegedly threatened to kill a female victim. Linden was lodged at the Cape May County Correctional Center.
David C. Riviello
David Riviello was indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS, cocaine, following an incident in Dennis Township Jan. 31.
Eric M. Reighn
Eric Reighn, 23, of Lower Township, allegedly burglarized a residence on Alexander Avenue in August. He was indicted for third-degree burglary, as well as fourth-degree obstruction of the administration of law.
Shawn P. Sheehan, Regina C. Pfaff
Shawn Sheehan and Regina Pfaff were each indicted for third-degree conspiracy to commit aggravated assault. The indictment alleges that Sheehan committed the assault using a crutch as a weapon, and terrorizing both the intended victim and a female who was also present.
Sheehan was indicted for second-degree aggravated assault, third-degree possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes and two counts of third-degree terroristic threats.
Shawn Wing
Shawn Wing, 19, of Villas, was indicted for burglary of a structure on Route 47 South in July. The indictment also alleges that Wing “knowingly inflicted bodily injury” on a victim in the course of the burglary.
Wing was indicted for burglary in the second degree.
All individuals listed are assumed innocent until proven guilty.
