Indictments Filed Nov. 29 from Nov. 22

COURT HOUSE – The indictments filed Nov. 29 represent two weeks of activity by a Cape May County grand jury. Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, both weeks of indictments were filed as of Nov. 29. 
The indictments below represent the grand jury’s activity for Nov. 22. The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.
Autumn N. Allamong
Autumn Allamong, 23, of North Cape May, allegedly lured a child of 14 years old “away from custody in violation of a court order.” Allamong then allegedly engaged in criminal sexual contact with the minor child. The indictment also alleges that Allamong distributed a CDS, Xanax, and obscene material “to one under 18.”  The offenses were said to have occurred on diverse dates in June 2015.
The indictment contains six counts: endangering the welfare of a child and sexual assault, enticing a child and interfering with custody, all second degree, distributing obscene material and distribution of a CDS, each third degree.
Marc Desalis
Marc Desalis, 23, of Swainton, was indicted for theft, third degree, along with fourth-degree hindering apprehension. On Aug. 27 at 6 p.m., Stone Harbor police responded to a call about someone taking beach bags when beachgoers were in the water.
Desalis was allegedly questioned and provided false information using the name and personal information of a family member. When he was later arrested, he was found in possession of eight Stone Harbor beach tags.
Ronald Dilenge
Ronald Dilenge, 66, of Barnboro Township, was indicted for sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child, second degree.  The indictment alleges that the victim was a child under the age of 13 for whom Dilenge “had a duty to care for.”
Alicia Destefano
Alicia Destefano was indicted for third-degree false imprisonment.  She allegedly provided false information to police to implicate another woman in a criminal offense.
Christopher Feyhl
Christopher Feyhl allegedly entered a house on Ohio Avenue in Lower Township and took property valued in excess of $500. The indictment further alleges that he involved three juveniles in the criminal act, ages 14 to 17. He was indicted for burglary, theft, and receiving stolen property, all third-degree counts, along with a second-degree count for using a juvenile in the commission of a crime.
Brian Flanders
Brian Flanders, 22, of Middle Township, was indicted for three counts of aggravated assault, third degree. He is accused of assaulting three officers of the Wildwood Police Department.
Jason Griner
Jason Griner, 30, of Rio Grande, was indicted for theft and unlawful receipt of a credit card, both fourth degree.
Jose Guzman
Jose Guzman, 55, of Cumberland County, was indicted for possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, third degree, unlawful possession of a weapon, fourth degree, and certain person not to have a weapon, fourth degree. The weapon was a knife. Guzman was convicted in Cumberland County of possession of a CDS and was therefore not allowed to possess a weapon.
Dwayne Wakefield
Dwayne Wakefield, 47, of Whitesboro, was indicted for possession of a CDS, aggravated assault, and resisting arrest, each in the third degree, along with the fourth-degree charge of obstructing the administration of law.
Christopher Courdruff, Michael Boyle, Jessica Esmond
Christopher Courdruff, 34, of Oxford, Pa., was arrested for disorderly conduct in North Wildwood Sept. 24. He allegedly resisted arrest and assaulted a police officer. He was indicted for third-degree aggravated assault and resisting arrest. He also added a count of obstructing the administration of law, fourth degree, along with Michael Boyle, 46, also of Oxford, and Jessica Esmond, 24, of Philadelphia. Boyle and Esmond allegedly obstructed the arrest.
Jacob Moore
Jacob Moore was arrested in Wildwood in August for possession of oxycodone. He was indicted for possession of a CDS, third degree.
Timothy Tole
Timothy Tole was indicted for possession of a CDS, heroin, while he was in Ocean City Aug. 5. 
David Stanczyk
David Stanczyk, 62, of Wildwood, was indicted for making terroristic threats, a third-degree offense.  He allegedly threatened to commit aggravated assault on his victim.
Timothy Majeski
Timothy Majeski, 28, of Villas, was indicted for fraudulent use of a credit card, third degree, along with unlawful theft of a credit card and theft, each in the fourth degree. Majeski allegedly used the stolen card for merchandise at a chain drug store and a convenience store. The value of the goods received was greater than $200 but less than $500 leading to the fourth-degree counts.
Wilson Gonzalez-Madera
Wilson Gonzalez-Madera, of Wildwood, was indicted for possession of a CDS, cocaine, third-degree.
Jared Bardoe, Yakiv Mashura
Jared Bardoe allegedly attempted to get away from Ocean City police in a motor vehicle leading to a second-degree indictment for eluding police. The car was later found to contain a quantity of marijuana that resulted in a third-degree charge of possession of CDS with intent to distribute. A passenger in the vehicle, Yakiv Mashura, was added to the count of possession with intent. Mashura also allegedly resisted arrest and committed aggravated assault on a police officer, both third degree.
Sean Hannon, Trevor Seer, Felipe Nieves
Sean Hannon, 34, of Villas, Trevor Seer, 28, of Erma, and Felipe Nieves, 47, of Rio Grande, were indicted on three counts of possession of a CDS, third degree. Each count is related to a different drug: heroin, methamphetamine, and clonazepam.
