COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up nine indictments May 7.
The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.
A “certain person” charge can be brought against an individual who has been previously convicted of a felony and is subsequently found in possession of a weapon.
The individuals listed are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
Kareem M. Anany
Kareem Anany, of Wildwood, was indicted on one count of possession of a CDS, heroin, third degree.
Robin D. Fields
Robin Fields, 50, was indicted for robbery and burglary, both in the second degree, along with two counts of third-degree aggravated assault.
Possession of a deadly weapon added counts for possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, third degree, along with unlawful possession of a weapon and certain person, both in the fourth degree. Fields was convicted in 2002 of manufacturing a CDS. The weapon used in the assault was a metal pole.
Susan L. Kelly
Susan Kelly, 56, of Villas, was indicted on three separate counts of third-degree possession of a CDS. The drugs involved were heroin, alprazolam, and cocaine.
Amanda V. Mayerson, Jacob A. Reese, Benjamin A. Torres, Brittany A. Dermott
Amanda Mayerson, of Rio Grande, Jacob Reese, of Wildwood, Benjamin Torres, of Rio Grande, and Brittany Dermott, of North Cape May, were each named on two third-degree counts for possession of a CDS, heroin and methamphetamine, along with a single count for conspiracy, also third degree.
Reza Mohamed
Reza Mohamed, of Wildwood, was indicted on one count of aggravated assault. The indictment states that the assault met the definition of domestic abuse. The victim lived in Wildwood Crest.
James O’Connor
James O’Connor, of Toms River, was indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS, methamphetamine.
Peter C. Wilson
Peter Wilson, of Villas, faces two counts of third-degree possession of a CDS, propoxyphene and alprazolam.
Hector Sanchez-Morales
Hector Sanchez-Morales, 54, of North Wildwood, was indicted for fourth-degree criminal trespass.
Lisa M. Stone
Lisa Stone, of Wildwood, faces two third-degree counts for possession of a CDS, heroin and tramadol, along with a fourth-degree count for possession of five dosage units or more of a prescription legend drug.
