Indictments Filed March 8

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 28 indictments March 8. The abbreviation CDS is used in place of controlled dangerous substance.
Lawrence Sheeron, Sarah Murray, Michael P. Miller
One week ago, Lawrence Sheeron, 41, of Rio Grande, and Sara Murray, 35, of Erma, were indicted for a string of burglaries in Dennis Township. This week, the two added to their charges when they were indicted for similar offenses committed in Middle Township. The two allegedly drove to a property on Siegtown Road in January.  Police say they exited their vehicle and entered the property by smashing a sliding glass door leaving the scene with moveable property valued at greater than $500.
They were indicted for burglary, theft, conspiracy, two counts, all third degree, and criminal mischief, fourth degree. Miller was charged along with Sheeron with fencing, third degree.
Pamela Deary-Sheeler, Donald Roth, Daniel Colon-Pons
Daniel Colon-Pons, 26, of Wildwood was indicted for distribution of CDS two counts. On Dec. 24, 2015, Colon-Pons allegedly distributed both heroin and cocaine in Wildwood. Pamela Deary-Sheeler, 48, and Donald Roth, 41, both of North Cape May, were indicted for possession of a CDS, third degree.
Christian M. Santiago, Lilliam N. Santiago
State Police in Woodbine signaled a passing car to pull over Dec.19, 2015. They allege that the car, driven by Christian Santiago, 23, of Woodbine tried to elude them. Christian was indicted for eluding police, third degree. When the vehicle was finally stopped, they further allege that Lilliam Santiago, 26, also of Woodbine, ran from the car due to an outstanding warrant against her. She was indicted for fourth degree obstruction of the administration of law.
Preston J. Blair
Preston Blair, 32, a former first-class petty officer and 11-year Coast Guard veteran who served at the Cape May Coast Guard Training Center, and who was released from the service July 22, 2013 with an Other Than Honorable discharge, was indicted on a series of firearms charges along with a charge of possession of a CDS with intent to distribute. Blair, who had been involved in training of recruits, was suspected of taking firearms and large capacity magazines from the training center. The Prosecutor’s Office along with Middle and Lower township police investigated and had executed search warrants for Blair’s Green Creek residence, auto, and storage locker.
Blair allegedly had possession of assault rifles and high capacity magazines belonging to the Coast Guard. He was also found to possess testosterone phenylpropionate and isocaproate, class 3 controlled substances which authorities allege he intended to distribute.
Blair was indicted for unlawful possession of an assault firearm, second degree, two counts. He was also indicted for a prohibited weapon, fourth degree, and possession with intent to distribute a CDS, third degree.
Matthew J. Deoliveira
Matthew Deoliveira, of Middle Township, was indicted for possession of a CDS, third degree, two counts, and unlawful possession of a legend drug, third degree, two counts as well as one count fourth degree. Arrested in Wildwood Dec. 5, 2015, Deoliveira allegedly had a variety of controlled substances including buprenorphine, oxycodone, nabumetone, cyclobenzaprine, and tizanidene.
Jessica Balma
Jessica Balma, 20, of Wildwood was indicted for theft, forgery and uttering a forged instrument, all third degree. Balma allegedly cashed five forged checks at a local bank in the Crest and North Wildwood during a period from September to October 2015.
Raymond Bartee, Arcenio Aborresco
In separate incidents, Raymond Bartee, 38, of Court House, and Arcenio Aborresco, 49, of Woodbine, were indicted for bail jumping, third degree. Both are charged with failure to show for hearings on fourth degree offenses. Both face the more serious third degree offense of bail jumping.
Bartee allegedly failed to show for a hearing Jan. 8. He was facing a certain person charge, fourth degree. Aborresco also failed to show in court to face a fourth degree shoplifting charge.
Juan Rodriquez-Romano, Thomas J. McCullen
Juan Rodriquez-Romano, 32, of Rio Grande, was indicted for possession with intent to distribute a CDS and resisting arrest, both third degree as well as for hindering apprehension, fourth degree. Thomas J. McCullen, 33, of Wildwood Crest, was indicted for possession of a CDS.
Kenneth L. Fuqua
Police allege that Kenneth Fuqua, 30, of Millville, removed an air conditioner from a window of a structure on Fidler Road in Woodbine Nov. 25, 2015. Fuqua, the allegation continues, used the window to gain entrance and to steal $2,500 worth of goods and property. A search warrant served at Fuqua’s residence uncovered some of the stolen property. He was indicted for third degree burglary and theft.
Charles T. Mcllhenny
Charles T. McIIhenny was indicted for third degree endangering the welfare of a child. On Nov. 1, 2015, McIIhenny was allegedly found to have possession of pictures that depicted “sexual exploitation or abuse of a child.”
Gregory C. Wilson
Gregory Wilson, 43, of Manville, was indicted for aggravated assault, second degree, endangering an injured victim, third degree, endangering the welfare of a child, second degree, two counts, and using a juvenile in the commission of a crime, second degree.
Wilson allegedly injured a male victim in Lower Township Jan. 1. He left the scene with the victim “unable to care for himself.” Wilson also had a legal obligation to care for two minors, ages 14 and 11, one of whom he allegedly used in the commission of the crime.
The above individuals are only charged with the offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
