COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up nine indictments March 19.
The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.
A “certain person” charge can be brought against an individual who has been previously convicted of a felony and is subsequently found in possession of a weapon.
The individuals listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Anthony A. Cileone and Daniel L. Beerley
Anthony Cileone, 21, and Daniel Beerley, 23, both of Villas, were charged in an 11-count indictment. Both were named in three counts for third-degree possession of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute and conspiracy, along with fourth-degree possession of a CDS.
Cileone was additionally named in the other eight counts, including two counts of unlawful possession of a weapon, second degree, and three counts of possession of a prohibited weapon, fourth degree.
Cileone also faces a third-degree count for having a CDS production facility and a second-degree count for possession of a weapon during the commission of a CDS crime.
The weapons charges against Cileone involved possession of an assault firearm and large-capacity magazines.
Jamar A. Lovett and Danielle M. Neville
Jamar Lovett, 23, and Danielle Neville, 22, of Court House, were named in a 10-count indictment in which the individuals in the first indictment, Cileone and Beerley, are the victims.
Lovett and Neville face a count of first-degree robbery, along with second-degree aggravated assault against Beerley, and second-degree conspiracy. The indictment also names them on two counts of second-degree burglary, three counts of second-degree unlawful possession of a weapon and a third-degree count for unlawful possession of a weapon.
Lovett was named in a count for second-degree certain person based on his 2015 conviction for distribution of a CDS.
The weapons charges against Lovett and Neville involved possession of a Glock, a Berretta and a Mossburg shotgun.
Luis De Jesus
Luis De Jesus was indicted for possession of a CDS, third degree, related to an incident in Dennis Township in November 2018.
Terrance Green
Terrance Green faces a second-degree aggravated assault count related to an incident in Middle Township in November 2018.
Lisa Price
Lisa Price, 42, of Villas, was indicted on two counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child. The charges are related to a driving while intoxicated incident in Lower Township in which a 6-year-old and a 4-year-old were in the automobile.
William Martino
William Martino faces two counts of fourth-degree aggravated assault on two North Wildwood police officers in February.
Hector Sanchez
Hector Sanchez, 54, of North Wildwood, was indicted for fourth-degree criminal trespass.
Ryan P. Schwartz
Ryan Schwartz, of Ocean City, was indicted for possession of a CDS, heroin, and possession with intent to distribute, both counts in the third degree.
Thomas J. Totoro
Thomas Totoro faces a third-degree count for theft by deception, along with two fourth-degree counts for failure to register as a contractor and engaging in a home repair over $500 that was not in writing.
