Indictments Filed March 12

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up three indictments March 12.
The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.
The individuals listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Evan P. Harris
Evan Harris, 19, of Villas, was indicted for third-degree theft and fourth-degree unlawful taking of a credit card.
Kendra P. Kakembo
Kendra Kakembo, 23, faces a three-count indictment for possession of marijuana over 50 grams, fourth degree, along with possession with intent to distribute marijuana and possession with intent within 1,000 feet of a school, each count third degree. The incident occurred in Ocean City Dec. 10, 2018.
David C. Polhill
David Polhill was indicted on a third-degree count for possession of a CDS, heroin, in Dennis Township.
